I hereby inform you that I regrettably watched an episode in which I was extremely shocked. Today around of 9pm At the KFC in Addiscombe, I thought that poor customer service was already normal, but treating a driver the way I saw without the guy having done or said anything wrong was too much. I watched the whole thing from start to finish, so I am here to report my dissatisfaction as a customer as well. Because it is becoming repetitive, so today was the chosen day. I was supposedly treated with an arrogance that made me feel embarrassed. Now, as for the driver, I even found it unnecessary because he was just doing his job in good faith. The driver in question arrived there, said good evening and asked the employee who was there to check if his order was ready and if not, how long it would take. She replied that it would be ready in 20 minutes. The driver said ok and went outside. After a few minutes he came back and asked, “Madam, are you ready?” She turned to him impatiently and very stupidly and said, “No, only one is ready, another one will take another 20 minutes.” The shocked guy said, “Madam, why didn’t you say anything? I’ve been waiting here for ages and you’re there doing nothing. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. Look, then we’ll do it this way. Tell me if it’s going to take long or I’ll cancel because the customer has been waiting for a long time and so have I.” She quickly shouted, “Oh, I’m going to report your account and I don’t care.” In other words, the poor guy who didn’t do anything will end up with the account reported, which is where the employee should be. For mistreating the drivers and providing terrible service to the customers. I honestly felt very disappointed and to tell the truth, I don’t think I’ll be going back there. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent purchase I made at your establishment. I visited your store and purchased a Party Share Box, expecting it to provide an enjoyable meal for my family, especially considering we were hosting a gathering with 10 kids at home.
However, upon opening the box, I was shocked to find that out of the supposed 14 pieces of chicken, six of them were inedible. These pieces were either undercooked, overcooked, or had an unpleasant odor, rendering them unsuitable for consumption. This left me in a difficult situation, having to scramble to salvage the meal by improvising sandwiches to feed the hungry children.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I have always held your brand in high regard for its quality and consistency. However, this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Not only did it inconvenience me, but it also disrupted the planned enjoyment of our gathering.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it is essential to address and rectify them promptly. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Whether it be improving quality control measures or providing better training for staff, it is crucial to uphold the reputation of your brand and satisfy the expectations of your customers.

Read moreOrder food on my app got charged went in didn't come through spoke to staff who didn't know how to get it on their system they went to speak to manager and I heard staff tell another one that the manager didn't wanna come out and Deal with it 15/20 mins later manager sends staff to tell me to cancel order as nothing they can do. I replied well either give me my food or issue a refund as I can't cancel an order that has already gone through. Tells manager 5/10 min the manager comes out on the phone to someone else who talks her through the process of getting the order on the screen. She standing right in front of me then asked the staff what is my name like I wasn't there.
Told staff my name and age tells them there you go order is on the screen and walks off now I am on shock cos the manager doesn't acknowledge me or apologise so I get her name which is Freyda from the staff and ask is she always like this she said yes. She comes back round to talk to staff and I say to her her customer service is awful she hasn't acknowledge me didn't wanna come out and help she laughed at me like I was nobody again I say and now your laughing she then proceeded to tell me she don't have to listen to this and walked off.
