KFC Croydon — Restaurant in London

Terrible service, never had such a bad an experience as I've had from this branch. Asked for a three piece variety meal, asked for a leg and two side breast, was told I could not have two side breast. So asked if I could have a leg, side breast and a breast, he said I could not have a breast. Asked if I could have a leg, side breast and a thigh then, he said I can't have a thigh, I asked, what can I have then? and he said a wing, I said I don't like wings, he shrugged his shoulders as if to say tough. So I did not bother, but at the same time another customer next to me was being told he'd put two side breasts in there and he was saying he wanted a breast as well, so she went off to change his third piece, hah, guess it was because he had a hoodie and looked menacing. I also bought two 12 piece buckets from here previously, and there was no breast, side breast in either boxes, mostly wings, which I do not like. Contacted customer services to complain, and they say the same old rubbish every time, pieces are limited to certain proportions, duh, like that's not obvious. Isn't that the same for every shop, supermarket. I mean, if you go into Tesco and you don't want wings, they can't force it on you, you buy legs, thighs or breast, whatever you want. Only get this problem at KFC West Croydon, absolutely useless branch, smelly dirty toilet when it's available. Customer service should be ashamed of themselves, stick to good branches you know and avoid this place at all costs! And don't expect any proper response from online customer service, as...

Don't go out much as far to much trouble going on in croydon. Came here with my daughter to have dinner only to have to wait 5 minutes for food to be prepared no problem. The ambient Atmosphere was awful very noisy as the door to Restaurant is broken So kepted going Bang everytime a customer came in or out. There are people not eating or buying anything and Just take up seats, There was a man sleeping on a chair yet no staff to move them on, And then there was a guy on phone shouting and Looked like he just got let out of a Psychic ward. running in and out, being noisy like he owned the place. whatever happened to having a quiet dinner. Certainly wont be sitting down again as could not get a Table and also the ice cream machine was out of order.Toilets were Locked andout of orderdue to vandalism, Croydon has gone downhill badly since the days I have been around. Just a waste Literally. Also i noticed a ladyuse disabled toilet onlyfor her to come out and ask for tissues, Sadly the staff behind till gave away tissues meant for customers where are the proper toilet tissues, Ideally this place and others need to have a permanent security guard to keep homeless trouble makers out and those not eating and taking up tables unnecessarily like those just loitering...bad...

placed an order with this restaurant this evening, and was given a delivery time of 20:50pm. Not only was my order never delivered, I didn’t receive a call from the driver nor was my buzzer rang. After contacting JustEat regarding the lateness, I was told to go outside my apartment as the driver was downstairs and would call me - there was no one outside. After several attempts to contact the restaurant via telephone, I still got no response as they’re phones weren’t being answered. I then opened my WhatsApp app to check something unrelated and find messages and a missed call from the delivery driver!!!! He also sent a screenshot with my profile picture visible to show that he had tried to call me!!!!! Needless to say I was livid and upset, as this cannot be standard practice for how your company operates. This not only breached Data Protection, but my privacy and safety too, as he called from what looked like his personal mobile number! This is the first time this has ever happened, and as a woman I found it highly unsettling. I never got my food, even though it’s been logged as delivered, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again. Absolute mess of customer service, and a pretty serious breach...
