KFC Eltham - High Street — Restaurant in London

31\08\19 I visited the Eltham KFC for the first time on a Saturday, I've tried week days and the service was poor but weekends are an absolute joke!!!!I waited 15 mins for a zinger burger, while I waited the delivery service were receiving parts of my and everyone else's order that had to be replaced, so a longer wait for me and everyone else, when my meal finally arrived , A zinger burger without sauce ( they'd forgotten it) and cherry pepsi, 3 piece meal and white coffee which was ice cold and returned they didn't refund or replace it!! And a 3 piece boneless meal with a diet pepsi, the chicken and chips were cold due to the unbelievably long wait in a nearly empty store and the ice in my Pepsi's had melted making them watery, but the worst part were the staff, unsupervised children!! They literally could not be bothered and were only interested in slacking leaving everything to a very young lady that couldn't understand English properly.. if you get a drop in profit in Eltham look to your poor staff KFC because while I waited people were leaving saying they were going to...

Went in on Sunday 6th August 2023, whilst the food was good all the tables were dirty. I went and asked a member of staff if they could clean 1 table for my family and me to sit down and eat. She has a right attitude, she came to remove a tray that was left on a random table and I had to ask again for the table I wanted to be wiped. She went to grab a bucket of water and bleach and wiped the table leaving it soaking wet….. so again I went to the front to ask for some tissues so I could wipe the table myself. We sat down to eat and at a nearby table was some of the delivery drivers, they were being loud and disturbing. They were not even waiting on orders just sitting down and chatting making a lot of noise. Used to love kfc but not any more! I order from just eat and every time I do it is wrong chicken fillets or this time 2 small beans no one wants to reply to a complaint and it’s not like the food is cheap and I’m feeding 6!! As for the food it’s disgusting I know fried chicken is greasy but seriously it’s literally dripping and as for them poor of an excuse for chips there shocking always cold and soft bring back the old original chips 1000% better!! After many orders and praying the food will get better I finally give up and will never eat Kentucky again just going to live with the memories of kfc in the old days good chicken and lovely chips...
