Subject: Urgent Attention Required: Persistent Issues with Order Accuracy and Customer Service
Dear kfc Management,
I hope this email reaches you with a sense of urgency. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recurring issues I have encountered during my visits to your drive-through service. Despite my initial excitement upon discovering that your establishment now offers Halal options, the consistent errors in order fulfillment have left a lasting negative impression.
On multiple occasions, after placing my order and explicitly confirming that all items were included, I have discovered missing items upon returning home. Each time, I have promptly contacted your customer service team, who acknowledged the issue and assured me that it would be resolved during my next visit. However, the problem persists, and what concerns me the most is that the missing items are often meals meant for my children.
While I appreciate the gesture of providing me with vouchers as compensation, it is disheartening to see that these incidents continue to happen. It is evident that your staff is under significant time pressure, which results in forgetfulness and mistakes. I must emphasize that during Ramadan, a particularly sacred time for many individuals, I received a food bag in a completely disorganized and messy state. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, I received an apology, but it is apparent that your management system is not effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints.
The repeated instances of missing items being recorded as wasted staff meals further highlight the lack of attention being given to rectifying these issues. I implore you to prioritize improving the accuracy of orders and implementing measures to ensure that staff are adequately trained, supervised, and supported to avoid such recurring mistakes. It is vital that your management takes immediate action to address these ongoing problems.
I want to emphasize that I am willing to give your establishment another chance because I value the Halal options you provide. However, I sincerely hope that you recognize the urgency of this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Resolving the persisting issues with order accuracy and customer service will not only restore my confidence in your establishment but also contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Please understand the seriousness of this situation and take immediate action to address the concerns raised. I look forward to a prompt response and tangible improvements in my future interactions with your...
Read moreI had a very disturbing experience today while dining at this KFC with my wife and our 3-year-old child. We visited the restaurant for a peaceful dinner just before the UEFA Champions League match, but what unfolded was far from what anyone would expect at a family-friendly establishment.
While we were eating, we witnessed a shocking and potentially dangerous incident involving one of the staff members. It appeared that there had been an altercation—possibly related to the drive-thru—but what shocked us most was that one of the employees came out from behind the counter holding what seemed to be a knife or a sharp object, clearly intending to confront someone outside. Another individual was waiting for him, seemingly ready for a physical fight. Thankfully, some of the other staff members intervened and managed to restrain him from going outside, possibly preventing a fight there
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from any restaurant staff member, especially in a well-known chain like KFC. It was incredibly frightening, particularly with our small child present. We were all visibly shaken, and I’m pretty sure other customers felt the same.
No matter what the issue was, a staff member should never lose control in this way—especially not in front of customers. It's unprofessional, unsafe, and raises serious concerns about the training and behavior standards at this location. Incidents like this not only damage the restaurant’s reputation but also risk the safety of everyone on the premises.
I sincerely hope KFC management takes this matter seriously. Staff involved in violent or aggressive behavior should not be allowed to continue working in customer-facing roles. As customers, we expect a safe and welcoming environment—not to witness potential violence or fight in front of our...
Read moreSo!!....Grab a pew, make yourself comfy, and get a drink (stiff one...) and I'll explain how I went to KFC as a happy, optimistic 52 year old and left as a freedom pass pensioner all in one visit. There was already a queue to start when we arrived but mistakenly we believed it would move and once we got in it, we realised we couldn't leave. It took 17mins just to be able to order😪😪 Cars were moving incredibly slowly cos a new person was left on the 1st window with no supervision. They kept making mistakes and had to go in the back to ask how to rectify. With us, the girl took the money and shut the till without giving any change. When we finally got round to the collection window the car in front must of had a discrepancy which took a further 16 mins to resolve. Staff didn't ask the person to pull over so the remaining customers could be served. So the customer stayed at the window arguing with the initial person that was there. That didn't work so they got someone else to deal with the customer, "you know where this is going right?".... Yeah that's right, that didn't work either, we had to wait for another person to come and the only reason it got resolved after that was because the other vehicles behind started honking their horns. Needless to say when we got to window to collect our food, it was cold. I asked if the food was fresh or had it just been sitting there whilst everything else had been going on and I was assured that it wasn't. Liar liar pants on fire and just to top it all off nicely, when I got home, is when I discovered that 2 items were missing!!! What should have been a 3-8 minute wait turned into a 35min marathon!!! Oh and btw I think the delay was because they hadn't cooked enough...
