Five Guys Burgers and Fries Enfield — Restaurant in London

I tried Five Guys for the first time and I have to say I am impressed with the burgers! I did not wait long at all which was a big plus for me as I am an impatient person. I am a fussy eater, wish you guys done the top burger bun without seeds, but thats just me. On the other hand despite the seeds, the burger itself was bang on! Very impressed and lucious. The service was top notch for a first time eater. Bless Latricia (hope I spelled the name correctly) my son wanted a drink and so did I, I was willing to pay for drinks, however, Latricia noticed my son wanted a drink and passed over 2 cups, 1 for me and my son and she said this is on the house! Very thoughtful and very observant, I was taken by surprise when she passed me 2 cups and said please take this on the house. Bless her golden heart! With no hesitation at all she said "Your son wants a drink, please have this on the house" I insisted that I would pay as money was no issue. But she said "Your child is your world and young children are innocent please have this on me" I had no words. Its nice to know that there are REAL people in the world in tough times during COVID who are still willing to provide a customer service. A REAL manager with REAL qualities! There is no other chain or franchise that will do this and I believe that people like Latricia need to be recognised in these times! A BIG Thank You to you Latricia! I wish you the best in the future and hope that you get what you really want! Keep up the good work! It means alot to me. Even though as a manager people like you make a difference in this world and I see that as an important contribution to society no matter what happens a hero like her deserves my gratitude with 100% respect. She has proven to me that she fully understands importance of family and family means alot to me. So again Thank You Five Guys and especially Latricia for the detailed service. Excellent service from the member of staff behind the counter who took our takeaway order. She knew the menu well enough to advise which size of fries to go for to be shared between four adults, and in the end this worked out well. I respect and appreciate staff who aren't just going through the motions of customer service and also who know the menu well enough to assist customers with their choices when asked.

The food was of course very very nice, well prepared and carefully packaged. Given that this visit to this particular Five Guys location was during what I'd call the main part of the COVID-19 pandemic here in London, I appreciate how this whole experience from the knowledge of the staff member through to the copacetic quality of the food was basically on par with and familiar to previous positive experiences at other Five Guys locations visited before the pandemic.
