How else to say this…
I arrived at krispy kreme in enfield at approximately 10-04pm. i fancied a sweet treat.
little did i know, that this sweet treat would take over 15 minutes to arrive and when greeted by the man at the till. we were also greeted by some lovely gangster music. my kids told me it was a rapper by the name of “nemmz”. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere that this music provided,

the man (Naz) who was very excited to pass my lovely wife our order, may have been a bit toooo excited; if you get what i mean. it seems as though he has left a special addition in the cream filled doughnut. my wife said he must eat a lot of pineapple!!! 🍍
his donut crew were very unhelpful in this series of events. the queue in which built up behind us while waiting to be served went all the way up to cheshunt! they just have thought we were right fatties LOL 😂.
as we left the venue, we were then greeted by Imran he tried to pass my wife a free donut on the house - turns out Imran had roofied this donut. on the way back home to loughton, on the m25, my wife fell asleep, crashing our car kia shortage, causing 3 fatalities. one of them being my 9 month old son. our pet dog was also lost in this accident.

". So the whole experience was kind of disappointing. But I'm sure that with proper training the trainee...
Read moreI am a support worker who works with clients with learning disabilities and last week I took one of my clients to Krispy Kremes - the experience was outstanding.
My client loved how interactive the store was and thoroughly enjoyed watching the whole process of the doughnuts being made (in the store you can see the process of proofing, frying and icing). She had such a great time and didn’t stop smiling.
After taking copious amount of pictures and asking questions we eventually sat and had a doughnut and hot chocolate.
The staff at this branch were so patient with my client when she was asking many questions about the doughnuts and the store. No question was too big or small. Jackie in particular was amazing. She was so personable and really took the time to make sure we comfortable and satisfied.
I would really recommend this branch to everyone.
For families, kids and people with and without learning disabilities.
The environment is so stimulating and such...
