KFC — Restaurant in London

Another fail in Kenton Rd. 15 minue wait for 6 pcs of chicken? You having a laugh. You guys are there to fry and sell chicken isn't it? How come the fast food that's only sole purpose is to fry chicken tells me I need to wait 15 minutes because you don't have any chicken?

Absolutely Terrible Experience at KFC Kenton Rd**

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited an unbelievable 20 minutes for a simple bucket of 10 pieces of chicken. During this time, I watched multiple other customers receive their orders, while mine was completely forgotten.

The service was excruciatingly slow, and the staff seemed utterly disorganized and indifferent to the growing crowd. How hard is it to hand over a bucket of chicken? Apparently, at this KFC, it’s a monumental task.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place doesn’t care about its customers, and it shows. Avoid...

Really disappointed with KFC Kenton tonight. I placed an order at 6.11pm and it was not delivered until 7.35pm. The restaurant was not answering the phone for the whole time and when I did eventually get through, they said they were waiting for a driver. Where was coming from, France?! They had already taken money otherwise I would have cancelled after 25 minutes. The food was freezing cold and went straight in the bin, much to the disappointment of a young child. I asked the man on the phone to make sure the food was fresh and he said it will be, well it clearly wasn’t. It had been sitting there from 6.11pm. Pineapple stick from kids meal was also missing and the delivery bag had a large hole. Terrible customer service, will not order from this...

The staff are rude and ignorant. I asked them for three kids snack boxes all with side breast, they tell me every ti.e im there i cannot have sidebreast because they jave to save it for other customers? Today i went agai. And they told me they i cant have side breast because they sold it all? At 7pm surely they should have enough for the evenings. When questions about why i can never be served with asidebreast they either ignore me or talk between themselves in another language. This place needs to be shaken up by head office, they have a lapse attitude when it comes to...
