I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at KFC Palmers Green, which is why I feel the need to write this review.
This evening, around 4 oāclock, I visited the branch to buy just two pieces of chicken. At the counter, there were two ladiesāone younger and one olderāwho were both polite, professional, and kind in their service. I really appreciated their attitude.
However, at the same time, the manager (The manager, who was wearing a black shirt and appeared to be of African or South Asian background (possibly Sri Lankan), was shouting and behaving very rudely.) was loudly shouting and speaking very rudely. Shockingly, he was making negative remarks about India and Indian people, even towards his own staff. His comments were not about work performance, but purely about nationality, which is completely unacceptable.
I am not from India myself, but I found this behavior offensive, discriminatory, and highly unprofessional. No manager should speak this way to staff or in front of customers. While I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes to eat my food, he continued his rude and disruptive comments, even switching to his own regional language, ignoring both staff and customers.
Because of his shouting, it was difficult for customers to place orders properly, and the entire atmosphere was unpleasant. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a workplace. The management team must take serious action against this manager, as his conduct is unethical, unprofessional, and damaging to the KFC brand.

Like others have said the staff are rude and dismissive and due to the small size of the branch the delivery drivers take up much of the space at the counter, collecting their orders that seem to always take top priority over the customers who come into the branch. This leaves the staff overly stressed and more likely to mess up orders. I went into KFC palmers green this evening and asked for a āĀ£6.99 double dinner for 2ā deal - the guy behind the counter misunderstood and put the order through TWICE.. (I hadnāt paid yet) I corrected him and said I only wanted the ONE Ā£6.99 meal - the cashier got the hump and turned his back muttering about me saying ādoubleā.. Who would have thought that one word, with him misunderstanding it in this context would mean I would not be getting my meal for tonight. I stood there waiting for him to get back to the order - press a delete key maybe, or even to start all over š¤ and get back on track⦠Nope⦠he wasnāt having itā¦. He glanced at me a couple of times while throwing out the word ādoubleā every now and again.. even going over to his colleague working the burgers.. man wasnāt happy!
