I heard very good things about this cafe but was severely disappointed. I have visited twice in the last 3 months, in order to give it a second chance.

I was even more disappointed this time than I was the first time around. 😔

The food itself is nice. The smoothies and coffees are deliciously made. ☕🍓🍌

The staff are absolutely atrocious when things go wrong or if problems arise! 😤 They have not been trained in customer service and have no serving etiquette.

I ordered only hummus from the sides (just as a snack for myself). After 25-30 mins it hadn't arrived. By the time it did I had finished my drink and asked if there was anything they could do due to the delay (a smoothie on the house) to enjoy WITH the food. They greatly hesitated but granted this.

The bill came and I found out that there was a ÂŁ3 surcharge because I had asked for a few more crackers to dip in the hummus. Appalled is an understatement. The customer service is a disgrace to the company and I greatly regret not disputing the bill at the time.

Management: Please train these young girls to practice handling guest queries when problems arise. Teach them about resolutions, tonality and empathy when handling...

The quality of the food and the pricing doesn't meet at all. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was delayed for over 1 hour and after asking several times our table was the last to be served. Had an elderly lady which clearly got tired and the guy wasn’t very helpful. In the end he charged us way too much and extra charges were made which I wasn’t aware of. Pathetic excuses when I went back to confront him, making comments about the machine wasn’t working properly which clearly took both amounts and didn’t even deduct anything but charged us for the most expensive burger when it was only egg and beef burger nothing else, was over £14…. Anything but rip off, won’t recommend this place, overpriced their food/burgers. Service leave much...

Simply fantastic little cafe. Visited here for a late breakfast, i had the “English & Proud” which was all delicious and freshly cooked. The waitress also allowed minor changes which was helpful.

Lots of seating and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We did book a table without any problem, the staff were all polite and we never felt under any pressure to keep ordering or give up our table, a very comfortable experience indeed.

The coffee is really good here too, I even squeezed in a slice of red velvet later on which was lovely. I felt the prices are a little on the high side but comparable to similar places and not unaffordable, I suppose it is London! Would visit here again and...

The setting is nice and the presentation is good. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was underwhelming. The burger was tasteless and served in a panini(?), it had pickles that carried far too much pickle juice which wrecked the burgini, all you could taste was pickle juice. My wife's chicken escallop was good (moist inside, crunchy outside). We ordered two slices of cake, both had one very dry side...almost as if it had been sitting there uncovered for a long time before being cut. The coffee was decent. As another reviewer mentioned, annoyingly sticky tables. A good setting and good service marred by sub-par food, especially at ÂŁ9 for a lunch main. There are better choices in the area.

I love this place, it’s spacious, has an extensive menu, all day breakfast and lovely staff. I’ve tried a few of their breakfast dishes, they’re always tasty and I love how the dishes on the ‘hearty breakfasts’ section of the menu aren’t stingy with the vegetables so you hit them 5 a day quotas. BIG portions. recently I finally tried their French toast. Let me tell you I dream of this French toast. it’s the best I’ve had in this country if not the world - huge portion, generous amount of syrup & fruit and the perfect texture. Great iced coffee too. the price is decent for the portions & flavour

The coffee is consistently good, the homemade cakes are delicious and the relaxed vibes makes it the perfect place to unwind. Brunch, this place seriously nails it. The menu has all the classics smashed avo, eggs any way, fluffy pancakes with just enough of a twist to keep things interesting. Everything was fresh, flavourful and well plated. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming they make you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in, exactly what you want on a lazy weekend morning. Whether you’re nursing a hangover or catching up with friends, this is a great little spot.
