Kulcha Express® Harrow — Restaurant in London

Arrived around 2.30pm Sunday, waited 30 mins for a table. Ordered food and drinks. Falooda ordered - did not come for over 1 hour. The staff are nice but kitchen took over 40 mins for the food to come. Definitely not EXPRESS! Relatively a little expensive for what you get. A small spinach curry is £9. Beer same price as lassi. If lassi was nice I would not mind but it was ok. Would I return again? Probably not. The kitchen needs to be more efficient. I found the food very salty and not tasty. I was expecting the food as though I was in Armristar, sadly disappointed. The menu could be simplified and there could be simple changes that could make the experience more fun and inspiring for customers to return. The toilet was small and broken. Really needs to be cleaned regularly. Staff need to be attentive to customers. Hope this feedback will be taken on by the owners make the changes. Clean place with friendly staff serving tasty food. Parking can be a problem on weekdays. Should get their credit card machine working . "Really tasty authentic Punjabi food. Also friendly staff." This was my original review 2 years back. But today had to edit my review after seeing constant deteriorating quality and service. I today with family. The service was horrible, when we entered restaurant there was no customer sitting. We waited for our food for 45 mins and other customers who came after start getting their food. The service for everyone was so slow.
