La Terrazza - Shirley Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

We took the family here for supper for the 1st time tonight. Having drove past the restaurant in the past ( we are not from the immediate area) we were attracted to the bright and authentic Italian kerb appeal.

What a lovely experience. The front house manager knew his cocktails inside out and recommended to my taste. My burrata tomato and anchovy starter was divine, my husbands tortellini nearly converted me to 'Nduja. The girls lived their pepperoni pizza.

To top it off the people were charming. Real Italian/Sicilian charm warmth and hospitality. Clearly passionate about people and food. We felt like we had walked straight into Italy. In addition they had a genuine joy to see children. Even the Boss/ Chef came out to say 'hi' and enquire about small touches before cooking the meal to perfection.

What a fantastic little restuarant this is. There are a fine selection of authentic dishes available for each course all extremely reasonably priced. Each dish is prepared lovingly with the pizza the best I have ever tasted., even better than those I've experienced in Italy - the dough is so light and fluffy! All of the staff are exceptionally friendly with Luiz making a point of coming to each table to ensure his customers are happy. The night was topped off with some beautiful songs from Al the Brazilian musician who created a wonderful atmosphere. Without doubt this is the best restuarant I've visited in West Wickham and I encourage anyone local to go along and experience authentic Italian cuisine cooked...

We went for my son’s 9th birthday and everything was great. My son loved the food and he is a fussy eater! He ate the tomato pasta with garlic bread. Six people came including three adults and three children. Two children ate adult meals and all rated 5*s. I loved the atmosphere and the chef and waitress were amazing and attentive. I ate the seafood spaghetti and I enjoyed it i would say 4 out of 5.

The pizza looked amazing and the calamari are definitely the two that stood out and we all took a liking to.

My seat did need a shake to remove a little mess and the table had minor crumbs. Otherwise the table was ready when we arrived as I called ahead. All was put right quickly and we all very much...
