Lilly's is Back and Blooming! I couldnt stop going on about Lilly's Cafe a while back to my friends and family, Well after a little dip, I'm absolutely thrilled to say the magic is BACK! The wonderful Gina has returned, and the cafe feels like its old, welcoming self again – even better, actually! My recent visit was a delight. That cappuccino? Forget Italy, Woodford has it sorted! And the sausage bap? Seriously, the BEST I've ever had. The quality of everything is top-notch, and you can taste the care. It’s like Lilly's has had a lovely refresh, and the atmosphere is just so warm and inviting. Even the new chef came out to say hello – a really nice touch! If you've been before and maybe drifted away, or if you're new to the area, trust me, Lilly's Cafe is now a must-visit. Go and treat yourself to some fantastic food and coffee in a genuinely lovely spot. This cafe has a lovely classy ambience, So glad I gave it another go – you won't be disappointed.

I visited Lily's Coffee Shop yesterday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. From the moment I walked in, the lady working there was incredibly aggressive and unfriendly. Despite my efforts to be polite and keep a smile on, it was clear she didn’t enjoy her job and had no interest in providing decent customer service.

To make things worse, she got my order wrong and overcharged me. When I asked about using the Wi-Fi, I was rudely told it wasn’t available, which felt quite unwelcoming. While the place itself had a cozy atmosphere, the staff’s attitude ruined it entirely. I finished my food quickly and left, feeling like I couldn’t get out...

I have been coming to this cafe for a few months and I love going there because the food is great and the customer service is excellent!! I love that manager Gina knows my name and the names of all the regular customers and make them feel VIP! I also like how quickly the service and food is served! Definitely a place to go and enjoy a cup of coffee from the lovely barista Alayne and have some of they homemade...
