Mojos Brasserie — Restaurant in London

A very frequent customer at mojos, it's sad to say I'll never be returning.

Turned up with my wife yesterday at around 4pm. It wasn't really busy, probably 10-12 guests in the restaurant. We were greeted by the male manager with smiles as usual. We placed our older with the middle aged waitress, my wife ordered a pasta and I ordered my usual breakfast set. My wife noticed a seafood pasta as the waiter walked off after taking our order but tried to call her back to change her order option. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't hear her and delivered the order to the kitchen. The waiter circled back to the room around 60 seconds later and we managed to get her attention, my wife told her she wanted to change her pasta order to the seafood pasta. The first thing the waiter said was 'the chefs are already preparing your order' my wife then proceeded to ask that they make the seafood pasta instead as it was only ordered less than a minute ago. The waiter says she will speak to the chefs and walks off. About two minutes later there was still no sign of her so we signal to the younger waiter on the floor, she was lovely and receptive, we explained the situation and she said she would check on our initial waiter. (The middle aged lady). Our initial waiter then returns with a really bad attitude and says ' The chef said he's already making the pasta' ' WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT THEN'

We found this very strange and rude as we asked within seconds of our order being placed. This was really upsetting. We asked to speak to the manager and after explaining the situation he didn't seem to care much and said the kitchen was closed. This was at 4:15pm. Bear in mind another group had just walked in and were being sat down.

We left abruptly and will never be returning. I visited this place for 3 years straight and I am so disappointed. I've told my friends and family about this experience as locals. I hope nobody else is treated like this. I also recorded some of my conversation with the waiter. I would like an email to send this to as management need to do more training.

Do not bother going there! Three of us walking in to be seated, waiting about 5 minutes before someone even bothered to approach us even though they walked past us multiple times we were just being ignored. It was my birthday so we wanted to try this place out. Finally one of the waiters said it will be about 5 mins and hell get us seated. We stood by the door for about 15 minutes i even had enough time to use the bathroom and come back. Three other people just walked in and he also told them it would be about 5 min wait as theyre full. Bare in mind looking around everyone was so crammed together it was almost as if they were all eating on the same tables so not much personal space between guests. It was so overcrowded and loud. Staff running around and shouting at each other. Stuff getting on the floor. Once a table was ready the waiter came back and instead seated the other people who had just walked in after us and had waited a much shorter time as they were more impatient. I then questioned the waiter who completely stared me in the eyes and proceeded to walk of which the other group and led them to their table which was supposed to be ours but we were just not as rude as them and were patient enough to be waiting 20 min now. At this point we were all so fed up and felt completely ignored and disrespect especially as it was my birthday it realy put me off and we walked straight out to find someone else to go for lunch. I WOULD NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN WE WERE TREATED DISGUISTING AND...
