Was very excited to try this restaurant out with quite good reviews but unfortunately my personal experience was this:
Firstly we sat down at the table and waited for someone to acknowledge our presence……and we waited and waited. I then went up to the front desk and took some menus as nobody had approached us for 15 minutes. We then waited for a further 25 mins without any word from the staff. I then had to ask for somebody to take our order. No smiles or any sense of customer service. It seems like they really don’t want to be there. We witnessed a customer requesting a small change to their order and this caused an issue with the waitress. She called another woman up from the kitchen to discuss it right in front of us customers. She was clearly pissed off and had a disgruntled discussion openly in front of everyone. She was making out the customer was being so unreasonable about a request that appeared very simple. If I were that customer I would have told them to forget it and walked out. They appear to have no sense of customer service and don’t value customers at all. We pay your bills and make your business! I ordered the food. One of the dishes was “Falafel”. The waitress said “what’s that”. I literally repeated how it was written on the menu and she said explain what you want exactly. I said I want your Falafel and I showed her the menu. She said aggressively “you mean the Falafel salad” and I said that’s not how it is written on the menu. She rolled her eyes. We waited 40 minutes from getting in the restaurant to getting our food. My omelette was very nice. The Felafel salad was very disappointing. A little bit of dressing would have made it less like sand and a little bit more palatable. Our fresh juices were delicious but in very small glasses which is bad as they were over £5 each.
In summary. Food is OK. Drinks very good. Service slow and customer service appalling. If you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t open a cafe!

From the moment I walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home.
The food is nothing short of exceptional. We tried their avocado toast, Mirza Toast and a fresh fruit juice. All of which were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into their menu.
Now, let's talk about the drinks – simply fantastic! I had a caramel macchiato that was perfectly balanced and full of rich flavor. They offer a wide variety of specialty drinks, and you can tell that the baristas are true artisans. Each drink is crafted with precision and passion.
