Read moreHonestly wish I could leave a half star review. This branch is a absolute joke, would be ran better by a bunch of toddlers. Almost half hour wait time for our food when the store was basically empty and no one else used the drive through when we used it, clearly prioritising Uber eats/Just eat orders over the customers that are actually at their restaurant if you want to call it that. Food came out cold and was clearly left on the side in the bags with all the online orders which screams poor organisation when the branch was very quiet. Also didn’t receive two items ordered and paid for nor were the changes requested to part of the order made after double checking it would happen. Large Coke was flat & only three quarters full and might as well have been a cup of ice after requesting NO ice. When ordering at the drive through the young lady who we spoke to was clearly distracted having a good old laugh with some of the other staff because we could hear it & she kept asking us to repeat ourselves having already spoken clearly. Perhaps if she paid attention she might actually be able to do her very simple job.

My food was left in bags on the side and no one bothered to serve it to me. When I asked what was happening with my order I got no reply, the girl just carried on serving others at the drive through. When I complained she just stared at me blankly. The supervisor finally got involved but was equally useless, his solution to me waiting so long was to make me wait even longer for a fresh order. Many other customers were complaining at the same time as me. He refused to refund my money and instead offered me an apple pie which I refused. This used to be a good McDonalds but all McDonalds now seem to prioritise drive through customers and internet customers more these days. I don't understand how hard it can be for staff to move a burger from the service area to a tray??? They literally have no other responsibility yet it can go so badly wrong.
