I stopped here for a coffee whilst waiting for a relative to be picked up from Heathrow airport. Firstly, there was a hooded male figure curled up asleep on one of the bay seats fast on, feet up & head down, presumably a drunk or homeless for starters, which was a little intimidating to be honest. He had no signs of having food or drink, so wondering why he wasn't being challenged by the staff to move on?! I then went to use the WC & couldn't believe what greeted me in there besides the heavy stench of urine & excrement. This small room had 2 x urinals, a sink & 1 x toilet basin. However, the privacy cubicle surrounding said toilet basin had been completely removed & the remnants of the 'do not use' signs appeared to be stuck to the wall. This unfortunately did not discourage a rather, let's just say, carefree person from being sat on it taking a bowel movement in full view of anyone who was unfortunate enough to walk in at that particular moment!! I just cringed in disbelief and utter embarrassment, making a swift U-turn out of there. I shouted him over when he came out to tell him to use the disabled WC next time, as it's not the done thing to take a dump in full public view, well in the UK at least. However, he didn't appear to understand what I was saying and muttered something back at me in a language I wasn't familiar with. I appreciate that MDs can't control customer behaviour, but in my opinion, this was facilitated by their lack of attention and care to the establishment! Get your disgusting toilets repaired and cleaned because it was an absolute cess pit and the staff there should be ashamed of themselves!!! The worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune...
Read moreOn short distance is located another McDonald wich is very clean and prices are lower( i didn't know Mcdonald's they have different prices) The ambiance in this place( homles speeping inside and outside)(homles eating food from diffrent take away were you could feel smell of different curry) it create an extremly hard situation for your stomac and apetite, i hade to have breackfast outside .Toilets are very old and consumed not sure they are clean because of the extremely the poor status and bad smelling. If choose to,, Eat in " they will give you take away bag. As a result, all the tables and were sitting ,inside the restaurant are dirty, and greasy. To mention tables looks like they haven't been claimed for a very long time.Have to be extremely careful were sitting. This is going to give an impression of very lazy people working here, but also a very lazy management organization . This place it's very often visited by people of different parts of the world, it's obviously giving wrong image. It seems this place they don't have the view for a positive solution and that is sad for being located close of the busiest airports of the world and the busiest flight route of the world which is London -New York.

Not only was there a significant delay in serving our order, but I also received a Penalty Charge Notice for parking longer than an hour in the restaurant's car park. The delay in food service was frustrating. We waited for nearly an hour for our meal to be prepared and served. While I understand that preparation times can vary, the extent of the delay was unacceptable and beyond our control. The restaurant should take responsibility for such delays and consider the impact on customers, especially those using the provided parking.
Adding insult to injury, I received a PCN for parking over the allotted time. It's unreasonable to penalize customers for staying longer when the delay was due to the restaurant’s slow service. The restaurant management should ensure that parking policies align with their service times, or at least provide some leeway for such situations.
Overall, this experience was awful. The restaurant needs to improve its service efficiency and reconsider its parking policies to avoid unfairly penalizing customers who are only delayed because of slow service.
