I stopped here for a coffee whilst waiting for a relative to be picked up from Heathrow airport. Firstly, there was a hooded male figure curled up asleep on one of the bay seats fast on, feet up & head down, presumably a drunk or homeless for starters, which was a little intimidating to be honest. He had no signs of having food or drink, so wondering why he wasn't being challenged by the staff to move on?! I then went to use the WC & couldn't believe what greeted me in there besides the heavy stench of urine & excrement. This small room had 2 x urinals, a sink & 1 x toilet basin. However, the privacy cubicle surrounding said toilet basin had been completely removed & the remnants of the 'do not use' signs appeared to be stuck to the wall. This unfortunately did not discourage a rather, let's just say, carefree person from being sat on it taking a bowel movement in full view of anyone who was unfortunate enough to walk in at that particular moment!! I just cringed in disbelief and utter embarrassment, making a swift U-turn out of there. I shouted him over when he came out to tell him to use the disabled WC next time, as it's not the done thing to take a dump in full public view, well in the UK at least. However, he didn't appear to understand what I was saying and muttered something back at me in a language I wasn't familiar with. I appreciate that MDs can't control customer behaviour, but in my opinion, this was facilitated by their lack of attention and care to the establishment! Get your disgusting toilets repaired and cleaned because it was an absolute cess pit and the staff there should be ashamed of themselves!!! The worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune...

On short distance is located another McDonald wich is very clean and prices are lower( i didn't know Mcdonald's they have different prices) The ambiance in this place( homles speeping inside and outside)(homles eating food from diffrent take away were you could feel smell of different curry) it create an extremly hard situation for your stomac and apetite, i hade to have breackfast outside .Toilets are very old and consumed not sure they are clean because of the extremely the poor status and bad smelling. If choose to,, Eat in " they will give you take away bag. As a result, all the tables and were sitting ,inside the restaurant are dirty, and greasy. To mention tables looks like they haven't been claimed for a very long time.Have to be extremely careful were sitting. This is going to give an impression of very lazy people working here, but also a very lazy management organization . This place it's very often visited by people of different parts of the world, it's obviously giving wrong image. It seems this place they don't have the view for a positive solution and that is sad for being located close of the busiest airports of the world and the busiest flight route of the world which is London -New York.

I recently visited there and had a highly disappointing experience. Not only was there a significant delay in serving our order, but I also received a Penalty Charge Notice for parking longer than an hour in the restaurant's car park. The delay in food service was frustrating. We waited for nearly an hour for our meal to be prepared and served. While I understand that preparation times can vary, the extent of the delay was unacceptable and beyond our control. The restaurant should take responsibility for such delays and consider the impact on customers, especially those using the provided parking.

Adding insult to injury, I received a PCN for parking over the allotted time. It's unreasonable to penalize customers for staying longer when the delay was due to the restaurant’s slow service. The restaurant management should ensure that parking policies align with their service times, or at least provide some leeway for such situations.

Overall, this experience was awful. The restaurant needs to improve its service efficiency and reconsider its parking policies to avoid unfairly penalizing customers who are only delayed because of slow service.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements changes to prevent future customers from having a similarly...

-I am extremely disappointed with this McDonald's branch. The staff consistently fail to wear gloves when preparing burgers, a basic hygiene practice essential in the food industry. This disregard for hygiene is unacceptable, especially considering the health risks involved. Despite being accustomed to street food practices, it is imperative that all staff members adhere to proper food handling protocols. This marks the second occasion I have visited the same outlet, only to find myself discarding the burgers due to concerns over hygiene. It is crucial to emphasize to the staff the importance of using gloves while working with food. Without customers, there would be no revenue, and consequently, no salaries. It is imperative that they understand and respect this fundamental aspect of their profession. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that all staff members receive proper training on food safety practices. Additionally, I am prepared to provide video evidence of these lapses in hygiene if necessary. Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is not only a legal requirement but also a moral obligation to customers. I trust that you will monitor this situation closely and take appropriate action to rectify it.

I use this restaurant frequently due to its location near Heathrow's terminals 2 & 3. The food is generally acceptable. Unfortunately, the staff are not very approachable - and that includes today's duty manager! 18th April. I went to use the toilet but found the main door would not open. I then noticed a pin pad had been added to the door. I asked the manager if a pin code was required, and he abruptly replied, "Look on your receipt." Okay, if I knew I needed to look at my receipt, I would have done. I have been using the store 10+ years, and I never previously needed a code to use the toilet! Why not put a notice next to the pin pad making the customers aware of the new system? In itself, I have no problem with the introduction of a code due to previous abuse by people only using the car park & toilets but buying nothing - but do not change a system without telling the customers! I would, however, point out that even with the new routine to restrict access to the toilets, the level of hygiene in the toilets has not improved. The floors are still as dirty as ever, and they never will improve if you continue to mop the floor with dirty water! The photo attached is the result of wiping water spilt on the floor.

We ordered round 17:38 order no.03220 4 missing items .Having a complain to the restaurant for the missing items but manager said he can't do and nothing but ask deliveroo for a refund. HOW helpful he was .Is not it happen once but many times.missing orders.Who to blamed the restaurant or the delivery person.How can a restaurant trust that delivery app in that case dont have the check list or the restaurant dont have check list and drinks emptied reach at your door. Delivery person just delivered the food but actually restaurant are the main problem if the mix up orders to give other delivery person .what an educate or lack of experience idiot or something dodgy. Thats very embarrassment to all customers that willing to order food because is more combinient for where we are.How we can trust this restaurant and the delivery app. IM FUMING MY FOOD GRRRRRR...
