I've lived near this McDonalds for over a decade and have seen it change alongside myself. Currently it is in a much better condition than it was, say, 8 years ago. It looks modern and clean and very standard of a McDonalds in England. My only problem with this branch is the maze-like layout of the restaurant. It has a slightly weird entrance and it isn't the easiest place to navigate on the inside. I myself have had to backtrack once or twice in order to find the way to the elevated seating area. I'm not sure how suitable it is for children as I have none of my own and only go there with friends every now and then but my last visit wasn't the best. We sat in a corner and right next to us were a group of children celebrating a birthday. There is an interactive projector above a table and they were playing with it quite loudly. But kids are kids and they were having fun. There was also a very long queue to get food, even if paying by card. My friends all left to go order something and literally came back over half an hour later. This wasn't usually the case so I'm unsure if it was just a one-off incident as I haven't visited in almost a year. Read moreOn the night of February 19, 2025, at exactly 22:34, I had one of the best experiences at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly hard-working and attentive. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference in my visit. They made sure every customer was taken care of efficiently while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
This level of service is something I haven’t experienced at other locations, particularly the Seven Kings McDonald’s, where the staff lacks respect for customers. The contrast was striking—while I’ve had disappointing experiences in Seven Kings McDonald’s especially with the manager Rajibir, but this McDonald’s went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The employees were polite, quick, and genuinely cared about the service they were providing.
Because of this exceptional experience, I’ve decided that from now on, this will be my go-to McDonald’s. The way the staff handled everything with care and attentiveness truly impressed me. A great team makes all the difference, and these workers deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Order this afternoon a meal for my kids at the drive-through, I get 2 bags and suppose to have the drink as well, presume all orders fixed in the bags, I drive home, and unfortunately, the drinks were missing, also I didn't get the receipt for the order I called them back explained the situation over the phone, but an instead of getting apologies I get nothing, we argue over the missing receipt, I didn't get one, lucky that I paid with the card and I have the proof I drive back and asked to speak with the manager to get the order sorted.
