I had just finished work and this McDonald’s is my local so I decided to stop and grab a quick bite with some friends myself and my friend (call him A) and my other friend (call her B) we paid through the McDonald’s app whilst myself and A got our full food B looked inside their bag and was missing an item we ate our food and went back through the drive-through to claim a small fries that we won on the monopoly peel but as we went back we also asked for the fries B was missing from their meal.. the manager a short blonde lady was adamant that she gave us the fries in the meantime we showed the receipt on the email and the bag of food which they gave to us and nothing was there.. I then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager on shift she gave her employee a bag of fries to give to us and said she didn’t want to speak to us..
I’m sorry one manager to another this is not the way to treat your customers, I apologise to the employee for how I spoke which was not their fault but it’s the principle if we paid for our food we want our full meal, like seriously and then you have the cheek to be demanding that you gave us everything when you didn’t..
Honestly last time I ever go to this McDonalds I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where they have better customer service !!!!

Read moreToday at around 8 pm in one of your restaurants I was treated in a way that I will never forget, until now my hands are shaking. The situation took place in East London at McDonald Newbury Park. I ordered my ticket number 54, I ordered ice cream, milkshake and apple pie twice. After more than ten minutes, I went to the customer service point and pointed out that they had already served about ten people who had placed orders for me and I still had not received mine. I asked to speak to the supervisor, nobody came, they were servicing more people and I was still waiting. I wanted to talk to someone again, no one came, after a while a young employee came over and literally "THROUGHT" food, when I asked about her behavior, the World War broke up. I DON'T DESERVE THIS FOOD "I am still in shock, her manager could not control her, he calmed me down. I am sure that I will never go back there, I do not understand how such arrogant and unlearned persons of any humility are allowed to serve people. I am also asking for a relationship because I was offended and abused in the presence of other clients.I really feel sorry for this ,,manager" which don't have any control al this woman who throught my order😥... You would think with all the new systems the Mcdonald's have implemented that the least they could do is get your order right even if they are a bit slow, but no I ordered a Filet of Fish, a large fries, a large coke, a fish fingers happy meal and a Dairy Milk Mcflurry. Well I didn't get the fries, burger was cold and the fish finger happy meal was for my little sister who i was treating for dinner but when we got home she had a chicken nuggets one, I mean honestly are there illiterate staff members at this branch can they not read or double check what they are giving their customers. The chicken is not halal so my little sister had to sleep after eating a few sandwiches whilst being still hungry and upset about her happy meal. Please employ some staff members who actually know what they are doing or at least alert on the job after a half hour wait for a small order they still messed up. I prefer Seven Kings branch now you guys are a let down and should close down you can't run efficiently save the McDonalds brand fromthe embarrassment you are causing....
