Milani Cafe — Restaurant in London

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Cafe called Milani Cafe in Finchley Central lots of times. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceedingly 5 Star Award Winning Cafe have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and Amazing Cafe itself are all Exceptionally lovely, kind, courteous, friendly and very understanding people themselves and they also have very good communication skills as well. I managed to go and have a Cappuccino Coffee on 31/10/2025 at 7.22am in the morning and on 31/10/2025 at 7.22am in the morning the young lady whom was serving me greeted me nicely by welcoming me with a very warm hearted smile. In addition to that the young lady whom served me at 7.22am in the morning on 31/10/2025 provided me with very good customer service indeed to the very best of her ability. The Coffee at this Exceptionally Beautiful Cafe itself is very nice indeed. I will definitely be coming back to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Cafe again in the foreseeable future...

I am really sad and disappointed. We (me and my partner) found this place by accident as we just wanted to release some fumes built up during the week and have a great chat next to a cup coffee. The first visit was really nice, tasty coffees and cakes. We stayed there until 21pm (they supposedly close at 22:00 at the time). We really fell in love with the place so decided to go back. The time was 18:00 and we were told that they are closed, I looked around and saw multiple guests chatting around in the shop. Also, on the door it said it’s open until 20:00. It was weird, but we left. And then we tried the following week again around the same time. We were again told they are closed. Again, guests were just having fun in the shop! What kind of service is this? We were denied service twice in a row when they were obviously open. They probably didn’t need our money. I highly recommend anyone to just go to Beretta. It’s a real Italian restaurant with amazing service and fresh food just opposite the road. They will not deny...

I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and a cake. I was the only customer in the whole place. The cake wasn't very fresh and there were flies flying around it. After drinking my coffee I asked again if it was decaffeinated. The waitress said 'oh sorry I forgot!'. I told her I am allergic to caffeine but she smiled and said 'I am not too worried as it was just one shot'. Terrible service. I was also asked to paid for the bill after such terrible mistake by the waitress. I don't understand how staff don't get better customer service training. I had a terrible night due to the caffeine intake. Will never go to this...
