Mill Hill Golf Club — Restaurant in London

Visually very nice looking, but there are issues with the friendliness of the club. played a 2 ball with my brother, we are both high handicappers and booked it as a visitor.

the round took us 4.5 hours, partially because we are high handicappers, and partially because we got stuck behind a four ball of mixed abilities who caught up to us on one hole when were looking for a ball in the rough and played through, only for us to realise they were much slower and caused a train.

at the end of the round there was someone waiting for us at the end of the 18th green to ask which group we were and then tell us that we had been very slow.

whilst on the course there were green keepers who prioritised their job over moving to one side, switching off their engines and letting us play through to let them get back on with their job. Apparently greenkeepers have right of way at this course and you just have to wait for them to finish, there words not ours.

Mill Hill are nothing short of amazing! We got married here and everyone went out of their way to make it the perfect day. Tracy and David made the planning and prepping for the day so easy. Karen looked after us making sure that every little detail was just as we had dreamed it would be. Nothing was too much. Emilio and everyone who worked in the kitchen made sure that we were all fed, full bellies and full hearts as well. The service was so personal and everyone has been raving about the quality of the food. The bar staff were amazing keeping the drinks flowing all day and night, nothing was too much trouble! Lee and band Mixed Feelings were exceptional, they were a highlight of the day, with the dance floor full the whole time! From the performances in the crowd, the chances for the guests to perform and the stunning girls that had voices like angels! Turned up today at Mill Hill as a guest of a member shortly before our tee time found out that our member friend tested positive for covid, when we tried to explain this to David Beal the PGA pro for Mill Hill he promptly called us a pack of liars saying our member friend hasn't got covid and it was all a con to get us an early Tee time. After a bit of a chat my friends and I left the pro shop and was having a chat outside, David Beal then proceeded to follow us out the pro shop and display threatening behaviour not just in front of us but I assume vlub members also.
