Morley's Plumstead High Street — Restaurant in London

I have order yesterday my order from this restaurant with delivery family bucket the discount was applied from just eat online to my account then just for me to get the text that to collect whoch wasn't in my option when I check out I check out with delivery.however I have not go there as my son was poorly and I couldn't take journey 10 minutes by bus to go there.they put there I have collected the food whoch I didn't can be easily check on the restaurant camera they also refused refund and lied. I have to go to morleys plumstead corner where I show them I have alredy payed for morleys food and they refused to replace the food ajd ask me to pay for another family bucket.they was so rude and politeness was out of window these people are very rude service ....the just eat didn't respond yet with refund. If u got any morleys ajd u payed for food they all under same abrela name brand business morleys they should replace the food in any restaurant as long as its payed to same abrela body name by law.franchchise or not franchise.

They are thief and the just eat website isn't good enough to help.customers who lost money due to poor website that protect business and...

Underwhelming. My burger was cold, my drink was warm. The driver was full of lies and lied to my face even after I caught him out and called him on his lies. He went off and picked up another order from mcdonalds instead of delivering my food whilst it was still hot. He wasted my money to make 3 or 4 £ for himself, and just eat will never do a thing about it.

The food was actually quite flavourful but the burger was small and not worth anywhere near what it cost. They ignored my simple and easy-to-fulfill request which would have cost them absolutely nothing to make happen.

I normally order food here before getting on my bus to work so I think by face they remember me. Today I went inside and was waiting for my turn to order. 2 other guys come in and bulged right infront of me without asking have I ordered cause there were quiet a few of us in the shop. After calling this situation out in the shop the guy behind the tills just laughed as the other customer said you "snooze you lose".
