We ordered a pizza from Mr Pizza tonight at 7:30pm with the expected delivery time at the latest 8:30pm. I called at 8:30pm and spoke to the manager imran about the order and how long it would be. He explained that they were busy and that the driver had one more delivery before mine, should be there in 20 minutes. 9pm I called again because the order hadn't been delivered. The staff member told me that it wasnt coming anytime soon and couldn't give me a set time. He was rude and would constantly hang up on me, saying he was too busy to talk. I then said I would like a refund, and he said he's too busy to handle my refund and hung up on me. I've never been met with such disgraceful service in my life. First of all the guy that picked up the phone couldn’t understand my order then he said it would be 50 min max for the delivery . After an hour and half I eventually got the pizza. Wasn’t great pizza tbh. So I called up and complained cos of the order being 40 min late . The manager wasn’t happy that I complained. So then out of convenience I tried to order pizza again about week later and I was refused, he said that they won’t take my order as I complained last time cos of the lateness . Their attitude was rude and “can’t be bothered “. PLEAEE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MR PIZZA... I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE...
