The shop is overpriced and tasteless the prices shows cheaper then when you come in they overcharge you . He doesn’t tell u the price change he just puts the amount on the card reader and expects you too tap it… weird shop they need to be upfront with their prices and they get rude when you call them out on their false prices

It says outside clearly meal deal nr 1 is 10.99 but when I get the order the guy said it will going to cost 12.99 which was a bit disappointing. Since when takeaway counts us delivery??? Takeaway 10.99 that's what I done I came to shop to order food and they want to charge 12.99 I took a picture don't be silly.

I’ve been coming here for months and the food is always delicious. It’s my go to spot for Peri Peri chicken and rice, and their pizza is always on point. I recommend trying their Sicilian pizza, it’s bomb. Their prices are also great!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Allah is my witness this what happened: I’m going to post about this on my social media!!! Do not order from this place! 1st: the SMALLEST fries portion i’ve ever seen 2nd: I contacted them to say: I ordered from you last time with clear instruction to pack the cold drink separately & you didn’t/ I want to order again because I like the food but it was cold/ could you please make sure you make it hot because my neighbor ordered from you & her food arrived hot! Perhaps the freezing can of Pepsi made my food cold! You know what his reply was:::: “if you don’t like our food don’t order! And I am busy now can you call back in 5mins”. I couldn’t believe it! We ordered a pizza from Mr Pizza tonight at 7:30pm with the expected delivery time at the latest 8:30pm. I called at 8:30pm and spoke to the manager imran about the order and how long it would be. He explained that they were busy and that the driver had one more delivery before mine, should be there in 20 minutes. 9pm I called again because the order hadn't been delivered. The staff member told me that it wasnt coming anytime soon and couldn't give me a set time. He was rude and would constantly hang up on me, saying he was too busy to talk. I then said I would like a refund, and he said he's too busy to handle my refund and hung up on me. I've never been met with such disgraceful service in my life. I don't know why they accept orders if they can't...

First of all the guy that picked up the phone couldn’t understand my order then he said it would be 50 min max for the delivery . After an hour and half I eventually got the pizza. Wasn’t great pizza tbh. So I called up and complained cos of the order being 40 min late . The manager wasn’t happy that I complained. So then out of convenience I tried to order pizza again about week later and I was refused, he said that they won’t take my order as I complained last time cos of the lateness . Their attitude was rude and “can’t be bothered “. PLEAEE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MR PIZZA... I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE... You're better of somewhere...
