Kensal Lodge Guest House — Hotel in London

Really nice location very close to the tube station with easy access to central London.||Nice clean room spacious with own bathroom, free coffee, flat screen TV.||Now a few negatives, the first is no fault of the ownership, I family of five were staying directly above, well when I say family it sounded more like a herd of buffalo, so noisy but thankfully they went out, the silence was deafening.||Secondly the room doesn't got made up, it was when I arrived and only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't a hardship for me, but anyone staying longer maybe it could be an issue, I've no idea if it's normal practice or not.||Without those two problems I would...

A good budget place to stay close to public transport. Staff was awful though. Especially the cleaners. It was a heat wave and I called, wrote, etc never heard back about simply asking for a basic fan. We ended up opening the unlocked cleaning closet and found a fan because we were desperate.
