Been here a number of times in the last few years and the drinks have been quite good. However, both drinks we ordered today were awful.

The first one: Thai milk tea tasted nothing like it - it tasted like children's medicine and it's up there as being one of the worst teas we've ever tried and we've tried a lot.

The second one: wintermelon oolong tea with tapioca pearls - you usually cannot go wrong with this but I was first given white pearls instead of tapioca pearls that I ordered. They were happy to change it for me but rather than making a new drink with the correct ingredients, they took a new cup with tapicoa pearls and poured just the wintermelon oolong tea from the wrong drink into the new cup. The wintermelon oolong tea ended up tasting nothing like it's supposed to - it was sour and had an artificial lychee taste which has probably come from the white pearls that were in the original cup. They should have known the taste would be affected and instead of doing a sloppy job, they should have replaced the drink properly.

Unfortunately, we were home by the time we tried the drinks and both were so disgusting, they have been poured down the sink and wasted. Sadly, we will not be returning again as the service and quality of the drinks are so...

About the New Malden branch:

I have ordered and gone into branch many times now, when I ordered the first time, they had run out of something I had requested, they kindly rang me up and asked if it was okay to substitute for a different Pearl, not many companies will do this they will usually just substitute it anyway, I much rather being called up. Going in to store first thing I noticed was how covid secure the place was, having screens around and only allowing 3 customers at a time, they also had hand sanitiser at the door for you to use to make sure your safe. The second thing was how kind the person on the till was called yoyo, she very kindly asked what I would like and asked about toppings etc, drink was made very quickly and efficiently in and out Within minutes! Second time I went and the girl making the drink amy was so happy and cheerful made our day! Again drink was made in record time and had a lovely chat whilst she was making, was explained too that they were having trouble with shipment so they had run out of a few things due to covid-19! Which obviously is not in their control! Nothing to complain about! Make a great Vanilla Coffee! And the option of having it hot when you...

Ding Tea is a wonderful bubble tea branch that has been growing rapidly in popularity over the past 2 years. They have a wide range of drinks starting from a small to large size. All cow milk based drinks can be substituted with their vegan milks options. The interior is very sweet to look at; with decor that is worth a picture every time you enter. It’s a perfectly suitable place for pure bubble tea lovers and newbies who want to try something new. You will end up coming back over and over again to try as many flavours as you can. Over a year ago you used to be able to sit on the swing and drink your drink or take a cute picture. However, they don’t allow people to sit on the swing anymore which might be disappointing for kids when they see it. This is still a great establishment to visit for their drinks which are very affordable. I highly recommend for any one to try and hopefully become a big fan of these phenomenal Taiwanese drinks.

Absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable. I am appalled by the sheer lack of hygiene and care at Multea Choice. I was horrified to find a fly sealed inside the drink, trapped under the plastic film. How does something like this even happen? Do they not check what they’re handing over to customers? This isn’t just sloppy; it’s a complete disregard for basic food safety and customer health. Finding a fly in a drink is not just gross, it’s a serious hygiene violation. If something this visible and revolting can slip past their staff, I dread to imagine what happens behind the counter. A place serving consumable products should have far stricter quality control and this experience shows that Multea Choice clearly doesn’t care enough. This has put me off their drinks permanently. I will be warning friends and family to stay away because if they can’t maintain even the most basic cleanliness standards, it’s not safe. Absolutely disgusting.

This place used to be good when it was still Ding Tea. Now it's awful, especially the new Vietnamese food range they have that we thought we would give a try. We ordered the bun mi and it was honestly the worst bun mi I've ever had, you can make a much better one at home. The bun mi took 3 separate members of staff to put together as they didn't know what they were doing. It seemed like a cheap stale Tesco baguette and it was dry and hard after they put it in the grill for too long, before stuffing it with ingredients that weren't fresh. Honestly the worst food, and the entire place seems to be run by teenage kids. Would never visit again!
