Had a very poor experience here recently. As a restaurant, if you know or expect to be busy like during an Arsenal home game, ensure you have the capability and staffing to cope and give customers a good experience. Forgetting customer's orders, serving customers in any order regardless of when they arrived and serving poorly prepared food as a consequence is unacceptable.
Two of us arrived and were seated around 6pm and it took about 15 minutes to order despite asking different staff twice and finally ordering on the third occasion. We ordered two starters and one came relatively quickly and the calamari was good. Unfortunately, this was as good as it got. The other starter, summer rolls, didn't arrive, and I thought they'd forgotten but the main courses would arrive anyway. I asked three different staff members for the summer rolls and they eventually arrived at around 6.55pm. They were half filled and parts of the rice paper was hard, obviously rushed and sub standard food being served as a result. The most disappointing and galling part of the whole experience, was that people who walked in 30 minutes after us were served, had eaten and had left before we had even received our second starter. And it wasn't to do with what they had ordered as some tables had ordered similar food to us. I counted 6 other tables who had come in after us and had been served their starters and main courses before our second starter had arrived.
I asked when the summer rolls were finally brought to us, to bring the main courses as well. This took another 10 minutes and we got the main courses at around 7.05pm. What we were served was again disappointing and I can only assume that being that busy the business feels that they can have some disappointed customers because they'd make their money either way. We both ordered grilled chicken and what we got was a small portion of chicken pieces but with the fat/skin still on so I spent the time picking off what meat there was. Not worth £11.
To round off a thoroughly disappointing meal, when I asked for the bill, they had the audacity to try and charge a service charge which I asked to be removed and was greeted with a timid sorry from the staff member. At least three staff members were aware of the issues we had so if they had any concerns for their customers they would certainly not have added the service charge and would have given a more sincere apology.
I don't mind waiting for food but when it isn't good and when several other customers are served before you despite arriving at least 30 minutes afterwards it certainly isn't a business I'd want to use again. I noticed several other annoyed customers and at least one other couple left before ordering. Maybe this restaurant is good when it's not busy but I'd avoid it when there's a chance it's...

My mom loved green mango salad when she traveled to Vietnam before, and now she’s thrilled to be able to have it again in London. This green mango salad with shrimp is truly amazing—refreshing, sweet, and not greasy. The green mango strips are crisp, the shrimp is tender and bouncy, and the finely shredded carrots and radish, crispy crushed peanuts, and refreshing mint leaves make it the perfect summer salad.

There are many types of pho, and we chose the Deluxe Pho, so we didn’t have to choose—this one has it all: chicken, beef, and beef balls, paired with fresh vegetables and sweet broth. Slurping a mouthful of the smooth pho noodles is pure satisfaction!

The melt-in-your-mouth red braised pork with tiger skin egg, paired with jasmine rice, is absolutely amazing. There’s also a set meal version, like a rice bowl.

Many places serve water spinach, but seafood stir-fried water spinach is quite rare. Fresh and tender water spinach, paired with tender squid and bouncy, delicious shrimp—this combination is truly refreshing and tasty. Even people who don’t like vegetables could eat a whole plate of this.

The Vietnamese drip coffee is served directly at the table; it takes about 10 minutes, but it’s very fragrant and strong. There’s condensed milk at the bottom of the cup, which you need to stir evenly before enjoying.

Summer rolls are something I always order. They’re packed with a lot of vegetables and sprinkled with some toasted white sesame seeds—healthy...
Read moreWell where do we start, it takes alot for me not to give a positive review or even look for the positives but this place which has so much potential just did not have the substance on this occasion. Firstly it was cold when entering and clearly something wasn't quite right with the lighting but that happens it just feels like it needs a deep clean inside however and doesn't feel as clean as it should. We came across what is actually a brilliant lunch time deal 2 courses and a drink for 15 so went for spring rolls to start and these were lovely. Then next course I had a spicy soup which was ok quite tasty good toppings and decent amount of prawns however full of onions which I did ask for it not to have. But this was 1 of the biggest issues everything we seemed to ask for was either forgotten or different with nothing being written down. But we all have our off days but my issues comes when you then make everybody pay an extiortianate service fee when I reality this time the service was pretty poor which is a shame My colleague had a beef noodle dish that he didn't like and said it had no taste which was a shame hopefully it was just a 1 off bad trip but it has alot of work to do and needs some TLC...
