This is a disgrace, I recommend the Manager or person in charge get serious help or leave, it was a rainy day 11/4/23, was picking my daughter up from the station, am 3month pregnant and hungry after a busy day at work.

I stood at the door read the menu then placed a call to my daughter ( 8year old on the way with my friend) asked her what she would like, rounding up the convo I go in this poor excuse of a place la pasta, as soon as I stepped in this guy shouted " Hello can I help what you want" I motioned with my hand and said" give me a minute " same time. His next words were "no you go, this is not a phone booth" I was so shocked and answered " what are you doing, am on the phone to my 8 year old on the way here for food you have just lost a customer speaking like that" and he replied " you won't be the first " which I replied that explains the numbers in her" the only two other customer there were just as confused. This is horrible no human should be treated like that. As long as I live I will continue to tell friends and family this story to never spend money there, what a mess. Thank I did not spend my money there I would have...

To start off with I’d like to clarify we went on a match day, so it was probably busier than it usually would be. The positives are that it was close to the station, reasonably priced and had a good selection of choices. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and willing to help. While we were there we experienced a manager who was visibly stressed and became snappy with staff and customers alike, at one point even telling off a waiter who was taking our order saying he doesn’t want anymore orders to be taken. This was slightly awkward and didn’t create a welcoming feel. We waited for about 15 minutes for a table which wasn’t terrible, but were squeezed in right by the door in a bit of an awkward position. The food wait wasn’t long considering it was busy, and was no more than 15-20 minutes. Yet I feel my pizza was still slightly doughy and not as cooked as it could’ve been. Again all of this may be different on a less busy day, meaning the atmosphere as a whole would improve. I would go here again, but not something I would go out of my...

My son loves Margarita pizza so we went to La Pasta! This time we were disappointed as the pizza crust was double bigger then normally and l had a cappuccino and saw offer tea or coffee with brownie. I ask the waiter l like the coffe offer with Brownie pls. He sad l don't think is any left so l sad give cheesscake or Tiramisu instead in believe is still in offer with coffee or tea. Well guess what happened when l revived the bill!? I was charged!!! Couldn't not believe it!! I went to the waiter and asked there is a mistake the cakes is in offer with coffee or tea! For some reason the waiter desn't like it as he asgued back to me: as is not on offer just with Brownie! Well l wanted the brownie in first place, but wasn't available. The conversation end it. He will not give me the offer and he keeped the money. I'm not Happy about this attitude and money grabing waiter and l will not be back! Shame how little things can chance all vue on things ....Will not recommend it as is all not clear what you can have or not and not get...

We went there for a quick meal. That was a mistake. We ordered a Calamari fish to share - £ 7.95 - we ended up with 5 small dried pieces, see pictures. Then the pizzas came in. Mine, the Buratta - was very thin and dry, almost no tomato sauce. My friend's one was a little better.. But far from what you would expect from an " Italan restaurant ". We originally ordered a half carafe of red wine at £ 13.50. We a rally sent it back. The wine was terrible and " fizzy ", and acidic, not as a new wine still fermenting.. The waitress took it back and said " they had that comment quite often. "... Maybe they should think about getting a better quality basic wine. Very disappointing meal for £ 57.00. The other Italian restaurant across the street would have probably been a better option by the number of customers there. What a waste of money.

Have popped in here a few times now and quality is very reliable. The restaurant is right next to Highbury and Islington station and close to Highbury Fields park, so very convenient. It has the feel of a real Italian family restaurant with authentic dishes. Very familiar friendly as well! The pizza base is a little bit bland, very crispy and fluffy with delicious toppings, trypical Italian style pizza! The pasta dishes I've tried were all fantastic. Prices are very good, especially for the area. Service has always been friendly, but a little slow and not very attentive. Great little restaurant in a convenient location!

Ideal for a quick bite! The decor in here is almost like a burger bar with fixed booths which makes it a little impersonal. The menu was pretty extensive with plenty of choice. The service was efficient and speedy which was great as we were going to a gig over the road. All the food was delicious. The study drinks came out tepid and I think they should at least offer ice and a slice Would definitely recommend it for an easy meal, but don't expect an attention to detail
