Kokkiri Ricedog Korean Street Food — Restaurant in London

I recently tried the sweet and spicy sauce chicken with cheesy K fries, and it was an absolute treat! The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously coated in a rich, flavourful sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. It had just the right kick without being overpowering.

The cheesy K fries were equally impressive—crispy, golden fries smothered in a creamy, savoury cheese sauce that paired beautifully with the chicken. It’s the kind of indulgent comfort food that hits the spot.

What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were genuinely lovely—friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. Their warmth added a personal touch that made the visit memorable.

Wow, that ricedog was a blast. I had the double Mozzarella dog with garlic Mayonnaise and as I am a cheeselover, it was everything I could have asked for. Outside it was crunchy and tasteful and inside of it was a dream full of cheese. Believe me, I already had some really bad corndogs but this ricedog was a winner. Beside that, I had the korean chicken in soy marinade which were great, too (you have to eat them fresh - so avoid to carry them too long), but the star of the show was that ricedog. Give it a try. Nipped in for a bite to eat before a gig, and was blown away. Super friendly staff who obviously care a lot about what they do. I've never had a rice dog before and in some ways I wish I hadn't because it was incredible but I'm not a local.

Freshly cooked, crispy, chewy, gooey, savoury and really hit the spot. Possibly the ultimate comfort food that has taken me 41 years to discover.

If I lived locally I'd be working my way through the menu over the coming months, but I look forward to...
