We called ahead to give the restaurant a heads-up that we were coming with 7 mums, 7 babies, and 7 buggies. Unfortunately, the girl on the phone was quite rude in how she handled it. She told us there was no space and that we’d have to be seated separately — which we totally understand — but her tone really rubbed us the wrong way. It wasn’t the warmest start, especially when we were just trying to be considerate and plan ahead.
Despite that, we were all really hungry so we made our way there anyway — and honestly, we're so glad we did. Jack completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He explained the space limitations clearly, made sure safety wasn’t compromised, and still did everything he could to get us seated together and accommodate our buggies. There was also a server in glasses who was lovely and attentive too — both of them truly made a difference.
As mums, going out with babies isn’t always easy. People can be judgmental or unhelpful, like we weren’t all babies once! But Jack treated us with genuine respect and care, and it honestly meant so much.
On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing — everything was cooked to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunset Burger and halloumi fries — both were bursting with flavour and hit the spot. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals too.

When I enquired where, no one could actually say. strongly suggest as a means of providing better quality delivery service, Nando’s introduce tracking system to prevent this from happening in the future as I am absolutely sure I’m not the only customer who has had this problem\experience. The ghastly experience received from your customer service representative, Martin, was so diabolical words fail to describe. Rude, ill-mannered, unhelpful, and totally unpleasant. These staff members are your first port of call, and cast a very poor reflection upon Nando’s and one just cannot even begin to imagine that standards have fallen so low! Clearly this person needs to be retrained as his total behaviour is left to be desired and should this type of behaviour be allowed to remain as it is, Nando’s will lose business as your customer ratings will fall. In the end, my guests and I had to settle for McDonalds who were much more pleasant, provided a more excellent customer service and delivery prompt. Read moreI just moved to Stockwell area recently and went to Nandos in Clapham with one of my friends as I do always because I am a Nandos lover I could say. I have been there a lot of times in different locations (Waterloo, Fulham Broadway, Startford, Sheperds bush, etc.) and never felt so bad before in Nandos like I did in Clapham branch. First of all, when we came inside Nandos nobody greeted us (That's what other Nandos always do!!). Second thing I could say that we were standing and waiting there around 10-15mins without anybody noticing us which was totally ridiculous... All team members were in the kitchen or inside the bar and didn't look that busy that they couldn't greet us or take us to the table (it wasn't busy, most of the tables were empty, only two tables were taken). One member was working on the till, another member was standing inside the bar, probably cooking chicken and another two team members looked that they don't care at all that customers are waiting, they just walked around, cleaned tables and went back to kitchen or bar. After waiting nearly 20mins we left and went to have KFC chicken instead as still nobody noticed us... One of the worst experience in Nandos....I will not recommend it to anyone as it just...
