Still going strong as one of the best Nandos I’ve been too and am so grateful that it’s on my doorstep.
Alena is such a lovely person too and so personable! The rest of the staff are great too!

I’m very glad to say that we revisited Nando’s again to see if it had improved and thankfully it has. Good service and food perfected and came out of the kitchen on time.
Nando’s customer services are great and I’m so happy we have a lovely working Nando’s so close to us now.
Please keep it up as we’re avid fans!

Was so looking forward to a local Nandos and couldn't wait to try it. Took my wife for lunch and she is lactose intolerant, so asked for no cheese or mayo in a bean burger.
Bean burger came in around 10 mins and had mayo in it. Had to send it back. 10 mins later, the bean burger came without anything in it, no salad, tomatoes, nothing. Asked for that to be put back. 10 mins later it came back with a slice of lettuce. Sent it back. 20 mins later there was no sign of the bean burger, by which time I had finished my meal and my wife finished my chips!
Complained and got our money back. Lodged a complaint with Nandos HQ and they told us that the bean burger also has dairy in it and we should have been told that.
Not good enough Nandos Colonnades. Terrible service, and not customer focused at all. I understand teething issues, but seems like a lot of similar complaints from other customers too. The manager needs to step up as they didn't even come to visit our table to find out what went wrong.

We ordered directly from the Nando’s website and our food was never delivered. We called the number on the order which went to Deliveroo.
I filed a complaint with Deliveroo as per the instructions on the order email. Based on the information inputted on their system via the driver, Deliveroo was under the impression that we received the order and driver called us, waited outside for 10mins and left the food outside.
We did miss the drivers initial call but called them back 4mins later - no answer, I went outside and he was not there waiting nor was the food outside. We called the driver again - no answer.
Deliveroo was most unhelpful, I had 2 calls with them and also called the restaurant. The restaurant Manager Caroline was brilliant, she called Deliveroo but they stated they never received my initial complaint. I called Deliveroo to question this and they said they have my complaint and it was escalated - I will hear back tomorrow.
It is disconcerting that drivers can manipulate the system for their benefit. To top it off, I was advised from Jared Deliveroo Customer Service that if we picked up the initial call from the driver, this wouldn’t happen.
This issue is still ongoing and my partner and I are out of pocket for the initial order and for a secondary order - we had to eat something.

Chaotic, our standard names taken and 20 mins to be seated became 40 mins, as system meant some people coming in somehow were seated nearly immediately. Staff seemed to be aimlessly wandering and disappearing, dirty empty tables slowly cleared, to the point that the one member "Moises" was running back and forth from his door greet job to clearing tables, whilst 2 other girls moped about. Our wait caused my wife to ask for the manager, whom was a lady. She had "friends" in the restaurant, and was sitting with them, not on a break apparently as told by one of the floor girls who tried to approach her on 3 occasions. After being seated, and ordering, we waited for our starter... I noticed how long things were sitting on the heated area and joked ours is probably up there, And we waited, then our Halloumi arrived. Stone cold. Mrs was not happy. took it back up and one of the floor girls tentatively tried to get the manageress, who was still in great conversation seated with her friends, who had finished their food. She begrudgingly left them as they were leaving, and spoke to my wife. My wife said the seating system was chaotic and the lad Moises was running around like a blue arse fly, not far off doing everything in a busy branch, and needed help, she apologised and said she would be back shortly, returned with new Halloumi, and for some reason scolded .Moises. With her back on the floor, she then was inundated with customers complaining of dirty plates, cold food, the long wait. Chicken was grilled lovely, and brought immediately to us, just poor running and cleanliness...
