Not going back to this establishment! I was gaslit by the staff who were closing on Tuesday 22nd July who incorrectly informed me they close at 6:45pm as Wing Yip (who close at 7pm) want them out of the store so they can close and be out on time. I asked the woman since when and she told me for the last two months. I told her that's not true because I placed an order for a 6:45pm collection two weeks ago and have before had the option to collect once at 6:50pm. Other times I've been in at the same time and placed a bubble tea order 10 to 15 minutes before closing. I always go at these times as my daughter has swimming lessons nearby (less than 1 min drive away) at Waddon Leisure Centre which finishes at 6:30pm so I always place my order after 6pm while she's having her lesson for a 6:45pm collection. So please tell me why when I went online at 6:20pm to place an order for collection EVERYTHING was listed as SOLD OUT! I thought it was an app glitch so drove to make an order in person arriving at 6:50pm only to find the lights off and a staff member (Simon) who was behind the till who told me they were closed. They also turned away another woman who came to place an order. After going back and forth with the staff I go to leave and why does Simon say with a nasty attitude as I'm walking off "should have ordered on the app." Well I would have Simon had you not closed the app for online ordering at 6:20pm which then brought me physically in the store. And it's not a one off. I went online today at 6:30pm and everything again is listed as SOLD OUT! So it's a regular thing they now seem to be doing that was NEVER done before. Either change your closing time online to stop wasting the customers time or speak to your Croydon branch and tell them to stop shutting online ordering for collection out of fear of Wing...

I live in north west london and came here to visit my cousins and we came here to do some shopping . I find this place while walking on road. When I enter and see the machines, damm they are very good and new machines. The tea I taste it so nice . I see many bubble tea places but I love this place and how they prepare the order. Coming to Hygiene I give 5 star I love the tea and appreciated the fact that they offer a variety of toppings to choose from.i order bubble thai and I added brown sugar boba pearls to my drink, and they were a great addition. They added a touch of sweetness and chewiness to the drink.

Overall, I had a great experience at your restaurant. The bubble tea was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend your restaurant to others. I take few items to my house to share...

Main reason for the low rating is we ordered the matcha with mini mochi with added boba.

Even though they were quiet and no other orders, they still messed up and didn't include the mochi. The main point of these drinks is not the drink but the toppings.

That in itself was not major issue, however we went back especially the following day. And what annoyed us was the apathy and we can't do anything about it attitude.

Which for a new business is appalling customer service as they should be doing checking orders or at least put their hands up and say we got it wrong and apologise.

If you like your tea strong, also avoid the assam tea as it was like a very very weak tea.
