Booked out the whole venue for our wedding reception of 160ppl. It. Was. Perfect. No need to spend money on decorations - the venue is beautiful and unique enough as it is. Food incredible and they went above and beyond to cater for my coeliac disease - cleaning the fryers after morning service so that there was no risk of cross contamination. Only 1 out of a handful of things they did to make sure I didn’t get ill on our wedding day. The staff at this venue are so much fun, fab at their jobs and so attentive. Pool table as activity for guests an absolute cinch. Whole process from booking to planning, pre orders and delivery on the day was so simple. Basement as disco room was the most commented on by guests as the USP of the do and alongside that everyone commented on what an incredible venue this was. 100% recommend NFE for...

Popped in today for lunch. Tried the sausage and mash with gravy and bacon braised lentils... and it was epic. As a Yorkshireman, I know a thing or two about bangers and mash. Having such a dish in the south will always draw suspicion and harsh judgement from me, and I have to say: the bangers and mash here are fully Yorkshireman approved. The gravy: delicious, the sausages: delicious, the mash: smooth, creamy, and delicious, and the lentils, well, the lentils were fantastic... and I usually hate lentils. Bacon braising them is a stroke of genius.

Ate the lot. Practically licked the plate clean.

Good portion for the price too, and a really nice chilled out atmosphere there. Highly recommend. Will be going back there next time...
