I do generally like the place and I’ve enjoyed many meals over the last few years but I was astonished to buy a chips in pitta bread for 2 quid and then when I requested a squirt of garlic sauce, the bloke with the bandana wanted 50p for a tub of it. 50p for what you get free in most other establishments of the same ilk. it’s not like it’s home cooked like mama used to make, it’s the same stuff you get everywhere. Such a shame, this kebab house used to be great. Good value, decent portions, tasty! I think it’s changed hands recently because the prices have shot yo. Used to be £9 for a doner meat and chips, now it’s £12.50 and the quality of the food is nowhere near as good. Awful, asked for large piece of cod....was offered large piece of fish...looked too flat to be cod so I asked if it was cod.....affirmed....paid GBP 6.90.......really was looking forward to eating delicious cod.....it was WORST fish ever eaten and I have had some poor rock salmon ...smelled and tasted very fishy....skin on one side...I don't recall EVER being served cod with skin on it........CAN I give 0...
