I recently visited a Subway store in West Middlesex Hospital, and the lady who served me was extremely rude. I ordered a tuna sandwich and iced tea. My sandwich was cold because she was in a hurry. She gave me my food without the drink that I paid for, and when I asked for it, she rudely asked me to get it from the fridge. That’s fine, but I didn’t like how she was talking to me.
