Subway — Restaurant in London

I recently visited a Subway store in West Middlesex Hospital, and the lady who served me was extremely rude. I ordered a tuna sandwich and iced tea. My sandwich was cold because she was in a hurry. She gave me my food without the drink that I paid for, and when I asked for it, she rudely asked me to get it from the fridge. That’s fine, but I didn’t like how she was talking to me. I also requested a plastic fork; unfortunately, she refused to give me one. I really wouldn't have minded if she charged me for it. She said, "Why do you want the fork?" I ended up ordering from subway and had to go to the next store, called Hot Kitchen, to ask for a fork. I hope the store manager can...

I asked for gluten free bread they said they had to go down and get it, which would take 5 minutes. They didn't ask me if I wanted a meal. I got a salad, I asked for lots of xhot sauce. It was tasty. Though I had severe stomach ache in the evening and the day after my wife, even if she ate very little of my salad. Not sure this is the hot sauce becuase we're used to very hot sauce. I would not try to eat again...

It is interesting to see this one lady is the problem with all the customers. She was rude to me as well. What is more interesting to see is that the subway owner is responding to all positive feedback but none for the negative ones. As all are pointing to that lady who is rdue to all customers. The owner should look into hiring...
