Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Ordered 2 pizza's one with double tuna + sweetcorn, one with garden feast + chicken added. The garden feast one came with tuna instead of chicken. The double tuna + sweetcorn one came with barely any tuna (photo attached). It took 40 mins for this order to arrive.

I called up and they said a mistake had clearly happened, and that I would be able to get a free pizza the next time I ordered. Doesn't really help as I spent £27, and am left with 2 incorrect pizza's. I asked them to send 2 new ones. About an hour later, the re-do arrived, I took out the now cold full pizza's and was only given 1 back.. (the garden feast one that they'd finally added chicken to).

So now I was left with one pizza that was correct, and a now cold 1/4 of a portion of tuna instead of 2 portions. I called up again and was told that I could get 50% off on my next order, which then changed to a promise of a free pizza. I will call in this weekend, and update my review to reflect even worse on this franchise if this offer is denied.

This is hands-down the worst Papa John's franchise I've ordered from. I will be ordering from Domino's if I ever want delivery from a chain pizza...

Papa John's Pizza: The Place Where the Delivery Driver Packs Your Orders!!! I was shocked to see the delivery driver packing the orders! It is unacceptable to witness a delivery driver park their scooter, enter the pizzeria without washing their hands, and without removing their riding gear, go straight to the kitchen area and start packaging the pizzas (photos as evidence). 😱😱😱 Additionally, I have seen the store staff using their phones in the kitchen and then proceed to prepare the food. Are food safety standards even a priority for you? How can you allow people from outside your staff, dressed in motorcycle gear, to handle customer orders? How do you operate in this manner without anyone noticing? You should be shut down until you learn to respect your customers and adhere to food safety standards. What kind of germs do people from outside bring when they touch the pizzas that others are going to eat? Never eat again from this place if you do care about...

Gobsmacked !!! Posting this again as I noticed that my review has been removed.

I was promised a refund of 5.99 for a missing order. Its been 2 weeks and I have been chasing and still have not received my promised refund .

Says its all really seeing that they hav removed my previous review.

I will now be contacting Head office , to explain that no refund has been made and that my honest review had been removed.

All this over refusing to give me a 5.99 refund for their mistake.

Disgusting behaviour.

I honestly can't believe that they have stooped as low to remove my previous review, which tells me they have no intention of resolving this and giving me back my promised refund, which they informed me had been processed .....
