Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Ordered my usual pizza of half and half - BBQ chicken classic and the works, and my brother also got another half an half pizza. Placed order at 4:20pm for collection at 5:30pm.

We collected, and when I opened my pizza I’d found that they had once again forgotten the BBQ sauce drizzle on top of my BBQ chicken classic. I’ve ordered from this branch many many times before, and this is about the 4th or 5th time where they have forgotten the BBQ sauce on top.

I called the store and ask them to make me a new one, because I’d like to receive what I ordered. The member of staff first said that the next time I ordered, I would receive free BBQ sauce next time. I would normally say fine and just accept it, but this time I had had enough as I just wanted what I had originally ordered, and so I insisted that they make me a new one, and their response was to bring the pizza back, and they would just put the BBQ sauce on top, which to me is completely unacceptable as I’d already travelled to the store to collect my food, and by the time I make it there and back the food would be cold.

Which brings me to my next point. As I’d ordered for collection at 5:30 at 4:20, what I assume had happened is that they’d made my pizzas far earlier, and just left it under a heat lamp which clearly wasn’t working very well, as the pizza was only barely lukewarm. The cheese was all hard, and all of the toppings had turned rock hard. They also barely gave any toppings, some slices didn’t even have a piece of pepperoni on, barely any meat and everything was just dry.

I will not be returning here and will be taking my money elsewhere who can actually quality control their pizzas, or will actually provide appropriate responses to...

They put spicy beef on instead of philly steak. The lady was then arguing with me over the phone calling me a liar and being rude and aggressive (i cant eat spicy beef). Finally got another pizza delivered 45 mins later. It was stone cold and They've put plain potato tots on it (which wasn't ordered at all) and theyve left off half the meat toppings, no sausage, no tandoori, no philly steak. Again, its not what I ordered or wanted. Rang up again, the lady was rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me when I requested they collect it and give me a refund. Phoned back again, the Man on the phone had a very thick foreign accent and was arguing with me this time, telling me that he didn't put the other ingredients on that I wanted because they are spicy. The only thing I told them was that I couldn't eat spicy beef *which is why I didn't order it! The team are Rude and incapable, they have no manners and cant follow a simple order. Then send you what ever they want and expect you to be ok with it. I have now contacted head office. Discusting service, avoid Elm...
