This place needs staff who have customer service skills, I called to make a complaint about my order was told he can send it out again but would take some time I said OK then he started shouting at me.telling me he didn't say that and he ain't going to do that for 1 item. Ask to speak with management and told me there is no manager. Ask what they planned to do as this isn't acceptable he told me they aren't going to do anything. Food also arrived cold and late Very rude

First of all this is how my order came I just opened the box, and for your information this is not the first time I have placed an order I never once raised my voice neither did I ask for a refund. But as it speaks volume by your very sarcastic comment about wanting free food, never that sweetheart, but if I am paying for something, I expect what I paid for and not what you sent. Today's experience has been the worst got a mix donner full off chicken and literally 2 pieces of donner mashed up in kheema however this just smelt like the chicken was off. Wings first time I had had some flavour however today they smelt funny and no flavour. Read moreI ordered 4 meals of which one had a strand of hair in it so obviously took it back to the shop, was just expecting an apology and a replacement. Instead of an apology, as mistakes do happen, we’re only human, the attendant kept denying its not the staffs hair! I ended up leaving the food in the shop and walking out.
