WHAT I DID LIKE : Yes this hotel was very clean. Cleaning very efficient when I needed my room cleaning in the morning etc.. Room was small but I was a solo traveller and it was adequate for my needs. When the toilet in my room was blocked after my first night there this was fixed and seen to quickly, and efficiently with very little fuss.||WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Breakfast was included with my room booking but I found this HUGHLY disappointing. Very stingy, with very little choice or options. When I went down for breakfast the first morning there was just a few beans, a few hash browns (which I don't like anyway) and also the sausages didn't look fully cooked. So I decided to have some cereal but the milk was warm for the cornflakes. For this reason, for the rest of my stay here I went to the Irish bar McCafferey's down the road for a proper cooked breakfast in the mornings which was lovely.||Also, this place is 'supposed' to have a 24 hour reception, hence why you are not given a key to the main front door. However on TWO occasions while I was there they had a sign left at the front desk to say "WE'LL BE BACK SOON!" "Our front desk staff have stepped for a few minutes and will return shortly." And a telephone number underneath for immediate attention. The first time this happened was one morning as I was about to head out, thankfully one of the cleaners was present and I handed my room key to her for room cleaning. The second time was at 12:30AM in the morning when I just wanted to get in, get to my bed, and get some sleep zzzz... But I was left waiting outside.... This was TOTALLY UNACCETABLE.... Why not just give guests a key to the main front door then, so that they can at least let themselves in at that time and get to bed, if reception staff are then just gonna decide to go walkabout for...
Read moreWe landed into London on a early flight. Rang a ton of hotels looking for a twin room. Couldn't find any. Rang this hotel and was informed they have a triple room with a double and single bed for 150 cash for the night. They were happy for us to drive there immediately at 3am to check in. The room was OK. However when we tried to check out we were told that we wasn't supposed to have used the 2nd bed in the room! Also that i had left some make up on 1 of the towels. This made her ring the manager and tell him we had used the spare bed and made a towel dirty! She didn't want to give my deposit back amd was gonna try charging us for the use of the 2nd bed! I proceeded to tell her that we purposely rang and asked for the 2nd bed and drove all the way from London especially to have our own bed as we are not a couple! She was having none of it! Then the issue with a bit of make up on the towel!! I mean arent towels meant to get dirty!!||||After a long loud debate I spoke in her native language nicely and we was given our deposit back and was able to leave! I dont recommend this hotel and they were clearly trying to extort more money from us for...
Read moreI booked this hotel very last minute and I am happy I did so. You really get everything that’s in description of the room. Staff was very friendly and I felt like at home. It was also safe! Front desk is 24/7 so whenever you need to go in or out you don’t have to bother with codes nor key cards to enter the hotel. One staff member is always there and the doors are open via reception. You never wait until they open or let you out, I really liked this. The room was so clean, I actually thought this hotel was built few days ago. Carpets were clean, bathroom was clean and sanitized, towels were provided, breakfast was delicious. Overall great for short term as well as long term stays. The hotel is located 1 to 2 minutes away by foot from Seven Kings station, the Elizabeth line. At first, I thought to myself - how long until I find the hotel? Immediately when you exit the station you see the name on the building, if you look right in front of you. You can’t get lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, price, and security I couldn’t choose a better option. I can’t wait to stay at Blue Sapphire...
