I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Paratha Junction, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to alert others about the poor service I received. My friend and I decided to order takeaway from this restaurant, and what followed was an unnecessary and unpleasant ordeal. Upon arriving at Paratha Junction to pick up our order, we thought that we had been charged the eat-in prices instead of the takeaway rates. We politely raised this concern with the staff, expecting a simple resolution. However, instead of addressing our issue professionally, the staff members ignored us for a while. To make matters worse she started asking me to show the proof of payment in my phone, I didn’t had my phone on me at that time. The fact that she printed the wrong receipt and blamed us for paying less added insult to the injury. Frustrated by their unprofessional behavior, my friend and I decided to step outside and speak with the manager or owner of the cafe. He was willing to listen, but i will be very surprised if he had a word with the staff members afterwards. Unfortunately, this incident tarnished our perception of Paratha Junction. The staff's rudeness and lack of respect for customers was truly uncalled for. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, my English breakfast arrived with a hair in it, which was quite off-putting. Adding to this, the staff lacked any sense of professionalism or decorum, especially the individual in charge at the till. Her attitude was not only dismissive but also unwelcoming, which reflected poorly on the entire establishment.

I would strongly advise against visiting this place. There are far better alternatives nearby where respect, decency, and quality of service are prioritized. Even a quick meal at McDonald’s or a visit to one of the reputable paratha spots in Ilford would offer a more pleasant experience, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

It’s worth noting that the positive reviews here appear to be artificial, as my experience did not align with the high ratings. The individual at the till seems to have a biased attitude, favoring friends and family, which creates an unprofessional atmosphere for other customers. Her conduct is detrimental to the business’s image.
