Phillys — Restaurant in London

I first came here 2 July at night after work and had a chicken shawarma wrap. Then on 14 July I had a lamb shawarma platter, I wasn’t happy with this as I was disappointed with the lamb shawarma meat not being genuine or authentic as it was mashed and finely chopped into small pieces and didn’t resemble a shawarma that comes from the rotating spit, like their chicken shawarma. I wished they had lamb shawarma right next to their chicken shawarma. Then on 28 July I had two falafel wraps, I only bought this for my family members I didn’t eat it, but they liked it. Then on 12 August I ordered an Arayes kofta, beef burger and a chicken shawarma wrap. Then on 27 August I ordered an arayes kofta and a Phillys special grill. Then on 29 August I ordered a kofte wrap and chicken shawarma wrap. They gave me free cake with nuts topped on it. Nine times out of ten the items have been excellent, it’s not perfect but it’s an exceptional dining experience of Arab and Levantine roots. The food was worth the wait. The delivery was only few minutes late. The Peri Peri chicken wrap filled to the brim. Lots of nicely seasoned chicken and fresh veggies. Only suggestion maybe to put less sauce as it makes the wrap soggy. Maybe put some sauce in a separate container. The Peri peri chips was good as expected. The Buffalo chicken was very spicy but kids liked it. The Lamb ribs was very good according to my hubby. I am glad I ordered despite some negative reviews here. Even amazingly got discount from JustEats for NHS staff. I refused the £5 late voucher because the driver couldn't find my hpuse which wasn't his fault Nobody could ever find it. Very disappointed! Ordered 7UP but recieved Pepsi, Chips were cold and soggy and the crispy chicken was definitely not crispy, it was pale, bland and looked totally unappealing although I noticed Just Eat describes them as Crispy Chicken whereas the restaurants menu describes them as Flame Chicken but in either case the skin was undercooked and not very appetizing. The waffle wasn't great either as I would have preferred it warm and whilst the topping tasted ok the waffle was just too spongy and it looked thrown together without any care. Nothing I recieved looked like the photos they use and the quality was very poor. Chicken and chips ended up in the bin complete...
