Pizza 2 Night — Restaurant in London

Hello I ordered 3 cheese extra large pizzas 2 days ago 1 of the pizzas had a hair in it so I called the place and told them they said "when you order the next Time I'll hook you up with a free pizza" Today we called and said can we have 2 cheese extra large pizzas and the free 1 but he was rude from the start so we ordered and that ws sit 2 seconds after I relied he said 2 with the free 1 but the 2 cost 22 pounds but 3 cost 27 so he added money of the free one so he lied and said he has to pay for it but that was not are fault the manager of the place said 1 free one next order but this man on the phone wasn't the manager he had a different voice so anyways 2 seconds I ran and told him can I have 3 for 27 and the 1 free so 4 and he said no and started shouting and was acting aggressive so he was shouting and I was being the nicest person I could and was not getting rude back I have 6 children who where hungry and 5 of them where awake and he was rude to me so I ordered from another place thay are so rude and I want to make a complaint to the man who was talking he was speaking disgusting and horrible to me a single mother of 6 children he spoke to me disgusting and this company should be ashamed of the self and the man there I want to complaint and speak to someone in charge I want a reply it was disgusting how I was spoken to and I didn't like it it...

I have always order from this place for the last 5yrs at least ..with no problems..phoned today to place an order only to b told i need to lower my voice even after telling them that i have a chest infection and have lost my voice so i need to shout so that they can hear me i was told that i need to chill...i did not feel comfortable with this person attitude so i asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not available.. i cancelled my order as i was not comfortable with this person preparing and delivering my food(they can do anything to it). I was then told by this imbecile that i was blocked and they would never deliver to my address again...thats ok , would never want to order from them again with that sort of attitude toward a valued customer...plenty of other pizza...

Pizza and rest of food was decent . I live on third floor of a building in brixton and i asked for food to get delivered to my door as i have injured my leg . Guy on the phone was very polite and friendly .... delivery guy was rude when he called me to give me my food . He told me he will not deliver it to my doorstep because its brixton and its many black people walking around.... i said to him that he had to deliver the food upstairs cause i did mention that to the person who called me to confirm. He was having none of it. It took me almost 10 min to go downstairs and about 15 to get up in my floor cause of my leg injury . So food did get cold as well . They should use better people for delivery .at least people who have manners...
