London Pizza — Local services in London

My son has been buying take sways for past 11 years along with his friends. He went into London Pizza today to order food. He asked for burger sauce but was unsure if the server added salt and asked for salt only. The server added salt and vinegar. When my son asked why vinegar was added the server stated he had asked for vinegar. My son stated he had not asked for vinegar and therefore did not want those chips. The server took his order and threw it in a fit of anger into the pizza area and said he was not serving my son.

I called to speak to the Manager and the server said he was the Manager. When I questioned him about his poor customer service and poor attitude he began shouting and then cut the call and blocked my number.

Needless to say we will no longer be using London Pizza. In addition to this the server is obviously unable to take orders correctly and as such anyone with allergies would not be sure they have not be given food to which they’re allergic. If the server is the Manager the owner needs to consider his impact...

I called and ordered a pizza for collection was told 20mins.Went there after 15min guy haven't even started my order. I was watching careful what he was doing,he took Tuna which was in his counter fridge still in its Tin.(not sure for how long ) He cooked my pizza I took it home,it was not cooked enough so still doughy.. Can you imagine what else this places gets away with. NOT SURPRISED IF SOMEONE DIES FROM THE FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. From today I'm definitely not touching anything from here. Will be cooking my pizza a bit more as thesession don't really care and if complain they will only brush it under the carpet anyway...like every other fast food business in london.they get away with so much and councils claim they do not know about this bad food and safe hygiene practises.

I'm going to be brutally honest this place is atrocious I waited in that shop for 30-45 minutes for just 2 wings and chips and their wasn't more than 2 people in the shop with me . I asked politely if I could get fresh chips the man said to me yeah yeah I just cooked the chips for the previous customer and I watched him cook the chips 15-20 minutes ago and I said I watched you cook them ages ago , but yet he still proceeded to put the chips in the box I never said anything . ok cool so then I asked if I can get a lot of sauce on the chips he said yeah I got my box and there was medium amount of sauce on my chips so I politely again said can I get more sauce he ignored me and walked away from the counter.
