Pizza Dono — Restaurant in London

Fancied a change from our usual place in Eascote and decided on Pizza Dono. The guys taking the orders spoke very fast but barely let me speak to order. I had to slow him down and let him know atleast 3 times that I am still ordering. 2.He did not review my order at the end. When I tried to say make sure that three of the pizzas are thin crust he said yeah yeah and hung up the phone. He did not want to confirm the 4 pizzas. In addition I asked him several times that I only want the smallest cheese and tomato pizza for a child. Even though I asked him a few times he confirmed the smallest Pizza was £8 for collection. This was not true because when I went in to collect there was a pizza for £4. When I asked a staff member about why they made me buy one for £8 they declined to acknowledge my issue. The spicy hot pizza did not have any chillies (this was annoying but mistakes happen). I called up and explained the issue - they did not want to believe me and told me to come back. I said we have people over for a birthday so I can send pictures. They were not interested and basically did not care. The pizzas themselves that were correct were ok. I have never reviewed a restaurant before but this shop will steal from you in broad daylight!

Let me start by saying I don't know much about their pizza as I have not tried it but the spicy wings.... May God help you if you order their spicy wings. First thing to mention right off the bat, my first bite into it immediately screamed frozen meat. It is concerning that in hopes of fresh succulent wings they actually just re-sell you frozen foods. Secondly despite being frozen the taste of the wing itself was no saviour at all, the taste had something off about it. The texture of the wings were decent on the outside but when you open it, you could see this thick white mushy fatty layer underneath the skin and it tasted foul. I recently had the pleasure of trying out this pizza dono, and I have to say, it's like biting into a slice of pure gold! The flavours were absolutely delightful, perfectly balanced, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. Every mouthful was a burst of deliciousness that left me craving more!

But it's not just the food that won me over; the customer service was top-notch as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my dining experience all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer!
