Sizzler Express — Restaurant in London

Firstly let me tell any unsuspecting or foolhardy customer(s) out there GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS. Despite the order turning up late, there were various items missing from our order - namely 2 x fries to go with our tasteless chicken wings. The Chicken Wings were covered in some opaque red finger staining rubbish which tasted of NOTHING. We also ordered (Never Again) 2 pieces of Chicken, when they arrived they were BLACK as they ace of spades and I'm convinced they were cooked on the exhaust of the delivery drivers moped. They were tossed into the bin without ceremony along with the majority of the dreary chicken appendages. I will not be ordering from this establishment again ... the saying goes "you pays ya money and you takes ya chance" I say keep your money in...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ORDERING FOOD IN THIS RESTAURANT. I ordered 3 briyani & 2 drinks through hungry house which cost me about £24.00 but the food was too salty & unedible. No human being can eat that. i called hungryhouse asking for refund but the store wasn't allowing to do it, so i had to call the store & explained what happened, the guy was telling me he lost his food so he can't do me a refund but i told him i haven't eaten your food they are all here you can come & collect it but he hang up on me saying i was shouting and was very rude . Ridiculous service & rude staff. called hungry house again & they were really helpful to give me the refund from...

Thought we try this place, first time ever, and the customer service was appalling. ordered food at 4.30 thinking it would be here for 5.15, and it didn't arrive before 6! by this time we had spoken to the manager once, the second time we called he picked up the phone and left it on the side. Not only did we get cold food, but the customer service of this place was a huge let down. If you don't fancy waiting a cpl of hours for food, and don't mind cold, stale food, this is the place to pick. I will never ever order from them again, and I will spread the word. AWFUL service.
