If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I placed my order online at 6:20pm to be delivered at 8pm, giving plenty of notice since its halloween and i figured they would be busy. I called the restaurant to ask where my order was and was told its on the way despite not giving any kind of information to track caller so the manager/franchise owner was basically fobbing me off the phone. I called again at 8:15pm to query when the driver left to deliver my pizza as i was due to leave for work at 8:30pm and he said the driver left at 8:10pm to deliver my order at 8pm... The level of incompetence is unreal. He then proceeded to tell me I should have called them to confirm my order so they can keep an eye on my order to deliver it on time... Apparently giving over an hour and a half notice via an online order is insufficient. I'm sorry I strayed from Dominos who allow you to track your order and even your driver EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Pizza Hut is on my blacklist, never again. I cannot tolerate incompetent fools who cannot manage their business to ensure quality and satisfaction for their customers. He didn't even apologise, just told me I should have called them about my order... No thanks, good luck to any future...
Read moreIn June 2017 late evening whilst visiting my cousin decided to order a Pizza online . The pizza did not turn up . After waiting for ages I decided to call to enquire where pizza was and was told they did not have a driver and that my money would be refunded. I should not have had to call to check they should have called me . I was also told that I should make the claim for the refund and I said no why should I as it is your fault and so they said ok they would email pizza hut head office. I checked the next day with the same person and was told that it had been done so I decided to check and surprise surprise it had not been logged for a refund. I had to log a refund claim and they said they would put through . A week later I decided to check to see if it had been processed and they said that the store had not verified that I had paid . I have called several times over the last few months and been told its being processed. To cut a long story short we are now in AUGUST the 10th 2017 to be precise and surorise surprise I still have not received my refund of £17. ! ! ! I Dont deserve any stars on rating to be honest but wont allow me to put nothing . I have never experienced such bad customer service...
Read moreOrderred 4 deserts and initially the person answering the call was rude and had no interpersonal skills what so ever. He claimed that the driver is not able to come into the building where I live. This was fine as I was still able to come and grab the food as I'm ill. 50 minutes later the driver turned up and messaged me saying that if we don't come to where he is in three minutes that he would leave with our order which was half way up the road. I phoned him and explained that I'm ill and I can't walk as I recently had leg surgery, his reply was that he doesn't care and that if I can't come and get the order he will leave. I phoned pizza hut back and explained the situation and all his colleague had to say was that he was busy and too complain online, and hung up on me. Poorly ran, bad service and won't be ordering...
