Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Before people start ordering food here they really should read the reviews to save them being shocked when they get only part of their order. Around August last year I ordered a deal of 2 pizzas, 2 side orders & a drink. It was only when I was plating the food that I realized that one of our side order of potato wedges was missing. I rang the restaurant and they guy was adamant that they did not make a mistake which I disputed as he'd only gave me 3 boxes not 4. Anyway, he offered me to collect a box but I told him that our food would go cold which he then said that he would let me have my side free on my next visit.

Later I rang again to see if they checked to see that they did make a mistake but he said he hadnt and had to check the video. I told him to check the video as I wanted to him acknowledge that they did make a mistake.

Some of the family members went without a side, and it did defo ruin our evening. We did not have a pizza takeaway for a long time because of the increased risk of coronavirus but after this fiasco of incomplete order this will be our last or at least up until they have a new management.

The food itself was good - pity I cant say nothing about the potato wedges which I paid for...

Really great site, good prices and variation, discounts, friendly delivery, stored nicely, big pizza...

BUT every time I ordered, I got bad diarreah. Laugh all you want but food poisoning is no joke. I'm not sure how they store the food, where they buy it, what kind of chemicals they have or how they cook it... I mean the food tastes above average but the most important thing is your health.

If you buy from here, I STRONGLY suggest for you to keep track of how your body reacts. Your body will tell you things that you would otherwise be unaware of. We can't verify how they cook the food... know your priorities. Prices or taste is not the most important thing. Your health is.

Last thing I have to add... after 24 hours or so, really bad mold started around the mushrooms... is it because it's without chemicals OR is it because they don't use fresh food? Who knows... but I STRONGLY suggest not to leave it around for too long and never...

Variaty of food shops. Some good, some not so. Jade garden Chinese is banging. The Sun not so good. Good kebab shop called Super kebab. Indian restaurant not bad if you don't want to travel but I would order takeaway from somewhere else. Chicken shop next to pizza hut has improved a lot over recent years and is now trustworthy to eat from. Pizza hut and Subway is the same as any other. Never tried the fish and chip shop Joe's, because I always get mine from the Frying pan in Pasonage manorway, which is by far the best fish and chip shop...
