Onamika — Restaurant in London

Used to order from here when we used to live in Barnehurst over ten years ago and drove past with my wife late this afternoon and found it being open and said we need to order from there again.

Long story short, we searched the internet for the menu, called them to the delight of them delivering to where we live now.

Called back and ordered and was told an hour-ish for the delivery and mentioned we used to come all those years ago and he remembered me and described me from just telling him where I used to live. Now that IS DEFINITELY fantastic customer service and a mega great memory lol

Food arrived within thirty minutes so even better and dished up and both ate the lot.. Absolutely fantastic experience and the food was out of this world and definitely one to go back to once again, time and time again.....

Once fully open from pandemic, a visit to the actual restaurant will be made for a sit down meal and catch up with the owner.

We have ordered a few times from here and the meal has always been tasty and consistently good. The gentleman on the telephone taking the order is very professional and accommodating. The food is always served hot and on time.

Although my cucumber riatha was in-between hot dishes in the bag on the last order so I had to put it in the freezer to cool the yoghurt back down.

I have had many authentic dishes and these are on par of not better.

The meat is good quality and will definitely not hesitate to recommend.

We have been ordering from Onamika for about 5 years now and they have never failed to deliver the best Indian food in town! I am of Indian heritage and I can say with confidence that their food is like traditional home-cooked Indian food. Our favourite is the garlic chilli chicken and lamb bhoona, but we also love the biryanis. This take away is always our go to place when we order Indian food in and around Bexleyheath/Erith.
