It’s not the first time I’ve used these guys and wow must say the food was hot and delicious. I ordered the meal 1 which is the quarter pounder meal deal with steak fries and a small bottle of Coca Cola and must say it all got washed down very nicely and quickly. It was absolutely amazing it got all the right spots and overall a very very happy customer all round amazing service. Definitely affordable and reasonably priced I payed 18 pounds for meal 1 and jalepeno bites. The food was out of this world man. Let me tell you this you won’t regret ordering from Real Aberdeen burgers trust me I’m a big food fanatic and these guys know what they’re doing. I paid cash on the door at 3:45am like the birds are chirping outside and I paid cash on the door. I mean who accepts cash at that time no one but real Aberdeen burgers do. So do yourselves a favour and treat yourself to this delicious meal deal. You won’t regret it trust me when I say this these guys definitely know what they’re doing and from start to finish it was an amazing experience. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Aberdeen Burgers ruined my evening! I had ordered 2 burgers with sides after a night out on Just Eat. My order said that it would take 45-65 mins to make and deliver however 2 hours later there was no sign of my food. I called the restaurant up asking about where my food was as to which they told me it was the next order to go out. Slightly annoyed but relieved my food was coming I waited another 30 mins. Again, no sign. I called again and they informed me that my order had not even been made. The man on the phone was very rude and when I asked for some sort of compensation he rudely replied ‘no you either get the food or you cancel and get a refund,’ I replied saying ‘I don’t want to do that as we have been waiting a long time for food’ he then abruptly replied saying ‘i’m going to cancel it.’ I was left starving and tired waiting for so long and my food did not even come. Appalling customer service...

Should’ve looked at the Google reviews before I ordered. Ordered via Uber eats at 12.40. At 1.30 I called up and asked where the food was - almost an hour later -. I was told ‘oh yeah, I was meaning to call you, you’re actually a bit far out our delivery zone. Gonna have to cancel’. Would’ve liked to be told this at the time of ordering. Rather than have the order seen an accepted, wait for almost an hour to then be cancelled on (after I chased), when every other place is shut. Bad, bad customer service and business in general.
