Red Rose of Chessington — Restaurant in London

Food is top tier, I can say this with firm confidence as I've been coming here for well over a decade. Nice venue. The owner/ manager always remembers us and is always welcoming.

My girlfriend likes it spicy, so they got her the spiciest thing on the venue. Everyone, even the staff watched her as an event. She said it was delicious but could be spicier!

When we were in on Tuesday the service for drinks was a bit slower than the usual top tier service we get. Hopefully that is a one off.

My uncle who came from America would always make a point of coming here at least once a visit. RIP Keith. They would always give him spirits at the end included in the meal. As I learnt from him, never turn down a free drink, or pass the drink to someone who will drink it.

One of the worst take always I’ve ever had! I ordered my food last night at 7:30pm, it arrived at 11pm, the restaurant is 3 miles from my door! When my food arrived it was freezing cold, I managed to eat what I could as I was at this point starving hungry and I sit here now having been up all night on the toilet!! I’m going to sing to the high heavens about this embarrassing service, I called the restaurant 3 times to see what was going on, I asked them if it would turn up cold and they promised me it had just been made fresh and would be hot upon arrival! I am extremely angry as you can probably tell, I have to cancel my plans on my Sunday off work because I can’t stay away from the toilet, worst experience ever, stay away, tell your friends and family!...

I ordered a vindaloo I was told it was ready within 2 or 3 minutes it was early in the evening I was surprised it was that quick the sauce was watery runny with no flavour but just hot chilli the meat was not marinated it was most proberly fully microwave too just to warm up total rubbish and when I said about it to the manager he just so o well £11 for a load of rubbish I even told them that I would have done better to buy one from Tesco's over the road how stupid are they to new customers not to come back when it's their first time experience in a few years ago never again not even if it was free and a...
