⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem in the heart of Crews Hill!

I honestly can’t recommend Redwood Bistro highly enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and made to feel completely at home. The ambience is spot on — stylish yet relaxed, with a really cosy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you can settle into for hours.

The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. You can really tell there’s a lot of love and attention going into the cooking here. I had the lamb shank which was melt-in-the-mouth tender, and my partner had the lemon sole goujons — so fresh and perfectly crisp. We also shared a dessert that was honestly one of the best we’ve had anywhere locally.

Huge credit to Chef Marcio, whose talent in the kitchen is clear in every bite. It’s rare to find food that feels both comforting and elevated at the same time. He even came out to chat with a few of the tables — a lovely personal touch that shows how much pride he takes in what he does.

The staff were brilliant — attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and the bistro itself. You can tell it’s a real team effort and everyone is passionate about creating a great experience and enjoy working with one another.

Whether you’re popping in for breakfast, brunch, a relaxed lunch or a slice of their homemade cakes and desserts Redwood Bistro is a must-visit. A real standout for Enfield — we’ll definitely be back (again...

After visiting the Bistro a while back just for a snack, I was really looking forward to returning to experience a proper lunch. My choice was the Cottage Pie with seasonal veg. It looked great when it arrived at the table. Cottage Pie piping hot , Veg fridge cold !. The server asked if all was OK and I said I don't like to complain but the veg is cold. She said she would tell the chef. A few minutes later the Chef came out and spoke to another couple on the other side of the restaurant. I was ignored !. On paying for our food, I was asked by the same server if we enjoyed our meal. Again I told her of the cold veg , " Oh yeah" was the reply was the only comment. Throughout the years I have dined in too many top restaurants to list in Australia, Dubai , Hawaii in fact all around the world. You can kid yourself that you are running a top class eatery but your only as good as the food you serve. There was no excuse for my meal to be ruined, nor the fact that I complained at the earliest opportunity. Only laziness and...

This is a hidden gem, I have driven past this Bistro a hundred times, but have never noticed it before. I used Google maps to find a local place to take my auntie out for lunch, and this one stood out, so we gave a try We were not disappointed. Our lunch was so tasty and a work of art! You could see that a lot of effort has been made to make their customers happy. I highly recommend 👌 The salad was unique! We had fun playing a guessing game of what's the vegetables were? It was a strange combination but worked really well. I ate the lot. The chips had a lovely seasoning on them. I had the chicken pie. It was soooo good and was stuffed full of chicken. The only problem we had was finding the entrance! The door at the front didn't look like an entrance door, I gave it a little tug, and nothing happened, so I assumed I got it wrong and tried to find another entrance. We had to ask a postman, and he gave the door a shove for us to get it open. Whilst we were there, we saw others having the same problem. So could do with a...

Wow! Popped in for lunch and chose the Croque Monsieur.....the portion size is huge, so make sure you are hungry! The Croque was delicious, and was accompanied by a generous helping of seasoned fries, and an amazing and very tasty salad! Well worth a visit, and the other items on the menu also looked great. Nice chilled atmosphere with music playing in the background, and the people working there are very friendly...so if you fancy some great food, then give the Redwood Bistro a try!
