Seasons Bar and Function Room & Garden Woodford - 4 Function Spaces — Restaurant in London

I wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you to everyone at Seasons Bar for going above and beyond to make my 60th birthday party absolutely incredible!

It was excellent to find a venue local to where I live, but I had a very clear vision of what I wanted for my big event. I had a diverse range of guests attending, from young toddlers to elderly parents, and many different dietary requirements, including vegan, allergies to nuts, shellfish, and a pregnant guest too. So I was looking for flexible spaces where people could both dance and sit, and catering to suit many palettes.

Luckily, Seasons Bar was all this and more. There are lots of great spaces, indoor and outdoor, for partying and for chatting. The food was great, with lots of options for everyone, and flexibility for us to bring in our own if we needed it (we had doughnuts instead of cake and it was arranged beautifully). And the staff were all absolutely wonderful, I was blown away by the service and hospitality.

Kaylea was very helpful with getting the process started over the phone. But I wanted to see the space in person, and ensure that the space could work. Kieran was kind enough to meet me and take me through everything, and remained incredibly patient and accommodating despite my many visits and many questions! It was great that there was plenty of staff on the night, and Tibet and everyone there were so helpful and accommodating. DJ Taylor was brilliant, he understood how wide the musical taste was in my party and delivered to brief!

And Matt, I especially appreciated all your efforts in helping with this event. It really gave me piece of mind to speak to you beforehand, and see how flexible and accommodating you are with decorating the space and configuring it to suit my vision. On the night, you really made sure that I didn’t have to worry about anything other than having the best time. The fact that you made extra food for us without any fuss, complimented me on how young I look 😁, and even walked my friend back to the station, just shows how kind and wonderful a host you are.

My guests commented on how great the venue and the party was too. The only small bit of feedback is that we should have asked to you stock more champagne!

Myself & best friend used Seasons for a big 50th birthday bash. After some initial emails containing venue info, we meet up with Jess our event coordinator… perhaps because of our senior years, we saw her as nothing more than a child (or perhaps just jealous of her younger years) & unlikely to be of any more use then just booking out the venue & sorting out the staff. How wrong were we… from start to finish Jess was unbelievable, she advised, arranged, prepared & dealt with absolutely everything - from emails/calls, catering, dJ, decorating the venue, making signs, the idea of having 1 of the bars as a cocktail section & being there during the entire event working flat out, but still being available at every turn for anything we needed, whilst always wearing a smile throughout the whole evening. Jess was second to none, her eye for detail was top drawer, a miracle worker… & putting up with us too 😆 All her Colleagues on the night were also amazing, from manning the bars to serving food, from welcoming guests with a glass of fizz to looking after our gifts, from setting up the rooms to clearing them at the end… you get the idea. Thank you so much to all involved, you were all stars and a real slick team. We would not hesitate to recommend Jess & co to arrange any kind of function for you… from 10 to 120 people. Oh… & what an absolutely fab place too, with great food to boot. Hope we get to see you again sometime in the future at other events at...

Visited for the first time on a Wednesday evening as a group of 4 friends, with the purpose of seeing Rob Lamberti (who is the best George Michael/Wham tribute act out there-that’s a whole other review!) This venue is like a tardis, with a long/ split ground floor level, large function room and a contemporary outside seated area too, with and 3 bars in total. Spotlessly clean, with an very aesthetically pleasing decor. The whole venue must be newly refurbished as nothing looks tired or worn and there are very stylish black and white pictures of famous faces covering all of the walls. The bar staff are super friendly and very welcoming and the owner Christine is just a delight! We left after a very pleasant 4 hours feeling like we had made a new friend. The house Prosecco was delicious and the pizza’s served in the function room were perfectly cooked, reasonable in price and arrived promptly. Wholeheartedly recommend this venue, if we lived more locally I know we would be regulars. Parking was easy for us as we found a space in the station a 30 second walk away, but otherwise it is street parking. There are large TV’s there showing all of the must see sporting action too. The venue was absolutely buzzing and a very good evening was had by all! Wednesday is definitely our new Friday after a visit to the Seasons...
